Stainless steel design enables effortless maintenance.

Quickly reaches and maintains pressure during cooking.

Easy to operate and clean due to its design.

I purchased this cooker last year and loved it so much, I just now ordered the same one for my daughter for her birthday. It's big enough for a family meal and small enough to handle when cooking and cleaning it. And it's stainless steel, which is much better than aluminum. It's a great addition to our kitchen utensils.

Presto 6-Quart Pressure Cooker, Stainless Steel

walmart.com

So far this seems pretty nice. I've never cooked with a pressure cooler before so it's all new to me. I've made short ribs and beef shanks in pasta sauce. Both came out really good, and took an hour. I think once I get the hang of it I can turn out some pretty good dinners.

The cooker itself is heavy and seems well constructed. The finish is highly polished and cleans easily.

Seems pretty nice

This is a beautiful 16 cup Stainless pressure cooker that I am using to pressure cook lentil soup ( add 2 cups of lentils, 6 cups of water(give or take)1/4 c. Chopped onion, three chopped fresh garlic, and top it off with some fresh cilantro and salt.I oil the rubber ring everytime I use it. Bring it to a boil, and cut the heat in half. Twelve minutes after Rick ng start, turn it off. Delicious Lentil Soup!
Easy to clean and store. I really like the stainless steel new design, yet traditional n make of this pressure cooker. Plus, there is a great cook book that comes with it!
Enjoy!️️️️ Five STARS!!!!!

Great stainless steel pressure cooker traditional

As expected

I love this thing. Presto after decades continues to make top notch products.
No disappointments or regrets here. Had the aluminum version for decades and continues to work flawlessly but recently decided for a backup and upgraded to the stainless-steel model.
These pressure cookers unlike the competitors are manufactured without overly engineered and complicated design such as that of the safety mechanisms.
Read and follow the accompanying manufacturer's instructions and apply common sense is all required.
My parents and I have been using Presto pressure cookers for over 30 years, same type of model and other than replacing the rubber seals which wear out with time and constant use have never experienced any negative issues.

Excellent Pressure Cooker

https://www.gopresto.com/

The pressure cooker was purchased expressly for making bean dishes, specifically refried bean. Refried bean is such simple dish, very few ingredients, but massive amount of work. From soaking the pinto beans to finished product, it could be many hours of intense labor. With the pressure cooker, my presoaked bean was ready in minutes. After cooking it, 20 minutes of assembling and "refrying" yielded bowls of wonderful eat.

Five Star

I have been married 50 years , cooking for 60 and have always used pressure cookers!!!! I own a 4 qt. a 6 qt and an 8 qt stove top and a 2 qt and a 6 qt electric pressure cookers!!! Presto stainless are my favorites, quality is outstanding and the prices at Walmart are the best!!!

Best Pressure Cookers

Materials are good quality and in my opinion the simple design is a plus as it tends to promote longevity. My one "qualm" is that the handles are connected by a single screw (rather than two). This makes them move a bit (especially when the cooker is full) even when the screws are well tightened. Over-tightening the screws may reduce that movement lead the handle to crack, thus impractical.

Good quality, yet not perfect

I ordered online motivated on price. When I received the product, I was disappointed the quality of the stainless steel was poor. I had always owned and used 6Qt stainless steel Presto pressure cooker, but this product had left a question about the quality now on. Though, I decided to keep, and proceed to assemble the handles. After many attempts, I was not able to put in a manner that the cooker could be closed. I returned the product. The stainless steel quality was inferior, and I would consider an alternate aluminum product that is less pricy.
