I deep fried zucchini,  I roasted meat, I even bakes bread in this thing. It literally cooked ll my meals. It was a breeze to clean with everything non stick. I have always wanted this multi-cooker and I was not disappointed. The Presto Precise® 12-inch Tuxedo™ digital precision skillet multi-cooker was very easy to use and setup. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this Presto Precise 12-inch Tuxedo digital precision skillet multi-cooker. There is some minor assembly required with this product with the handles needing attached with a screwdriver. My product arrived with a gouge on one of the handles. The skillet itself was also wobbly/not leveled. The product being leveled is important according to the "How to Use the Skillet" instructions which states to "place the skillet on a dry, level surface away from walls, cabinets, and other objects." The product I have not being leveled already will be a challenge for use with foods that need to be cooked leveled (i.e. baked goods, pancakes, etc). That being said, my experience using this product was that I like how quickly it reached the desired temperatures. I love that this product can has one degree increments from 100-205 and then 5 degree increments from 205-400. I love how versatile this product is from pan frying and sautéing to soups and sauces and even some baking and dough proofing to name some. It should be noted that this product is not meant to be used for deep frying, outdoor use, nor commercial non food usage. This product comes with a small rack for steaming and baking. I like the glass lid, however, there is specific caution for care and usage for the glass lid to avoid breakage. I would prefer if the lid was more durable. The instruction booklet included also has instructions for how to cook various foods with specific temperature suggestions, as well as some recipes to try with this skillet multi-cooker. I like the overall convenience of this skillet multi-cooker, especially when a stovetop or oven isn't available.
