We got this air popper to replace our old one. I really like that it has all the information you need on the machine itself (how much popcorn to put in, including cup measurement info if you are not using the scoop).  Cord storage spot is a nice bonus, too. Those are both features our old popper didn't have.

I LOVE this air popper! I was spending at least $6.00-$8.00 a week buying organic popcorn from our local grocer and there were always a ton of unpopped kernels on the bottom of the bag. This air popper pops 98% of the kernels and does a great job! The kids love watching it pop and it takes only 3 minutes. Just don't use a shallow bowl when popping, as those last kernels can really fly out of there easily.

This is going to help me to loose some weight.

I have owned this brand popper since the 1990's and enjoy my original purchase ($12.97). I still love it, my kids loved it and now the grand kids. I would recommend letting the machine warm up for a minute before adding the initial kernels. I use the butter warmer as a measuring scoop. I don't use it to melt butter because I don't like cleaning the part. I'm wondering with the comments that the machine doesn't work after a few uses maybe they added butter into the hopper? Do not wash the machine body just wipe it down prior to storage. Hand wash the topper as needed.

My popper is 30 years old and still performs!

It needs a On / Off lighted rocker switch on the front. Having to  plug it in each time to start it is kind of cheap. Other than that, it works great. I like it a lot. Years ago I had one of these and one winter the heater where I was living quit working so I took the top off and ran it for a few weeks during the freezing weather and later fixed the heating: It worked fine, never burned up, I got rid of it and most of my things when I moved. Now I have another one. My heater works here. This popcorn popper makes great popcorn.

Lighted On / Off rocker switch.

So far so good.  We received this a couple of days ago and have used it twice.  It's sturdier than I expected, it certainly works well.  I got one of these at least 25 years ago, believe it was also a Presto, back  when they came out.  It  survived moves, thousands of uses, and finally cracked because of what we did to it.  This promises also to be a good one. Price was good.  Yellow color was cheaper and it's cute.

Seems good, happy with purchase, used so far twice

Purchased thos to replace an older air popcorn machine that lasted us about 13 years. This one lasted only 2 years. The yellow cups that hols the butter started to get a hole in it and butter would drip into the popper. It got larger and now it quits after 1âminute. Glad to throw it away now. I went to a Whirley Pop, which makes delicious popcorn.

Very temporary popper

Fan burned up on the first use before it fully popped even a single kernel. Smoked up the house, burned popcorn is the absolute worst smell ever!  Will be returning!

Do not purchase.

I dislike that it doesn't have an on/off button and that you have to unplug it while it's running.  When you first plug it in , it shoots out kernels that I try throwing back in since it pops enough for one person only instead of a good amount for 2 people
