Just had my Prostate removed. These are very helpful a I don't feel like I'm wearing Depends. You need tight brief underwear for these, Fruit of the Loom seems to be the best. depending on how much coffee I drink, 3 to 4 of these units a day. Recommend buying large packages. Ordered these on line and they arrived within 2 days.

Good for post Prostate surgeries.

These are the best are leak protection I have used, and I pretty much tried the whole market. They're a little more pricey but highly with it in my opinion.

Get these if you have leaks

Actually I like this product very much... I always buy the overnight ones but now I buy these as well for during the day. Having irritable bladder keeps me searching for the proper product that will hold when it strikes and so far this product is becoming my go-to product.
Prevail, I would recommend that women try this product.

These pads are very long, but that is good for my problems

Absolutely fantastic. Great adhesive. I can't say enough about them. Used to use poise. Adhesive on the poise was totally inadequate and bulky as well.

Not worth buying these to save a few bucks. You end up using more of them than Poise or other better brands. Leaks almost immediately and bunches up, making the useable area very narrow. Sorry i bought them, but they were out of everything else.

Don't Bother

These are the worst pads I have ever used. They claim to hold 18 oz of liquid but I seriously doubt it. The sticky side doesn't make the pad stick  where it should so you end up with a scrunched up pad that leaks out the legs, front and back . They are not worth the few bucks you save , stick with Poise!

Waste of money.
