This cage has a ton of usable space for toys, perches, etc and will allow flight in all directions. No crowding when my Cockatiels or Budgies spread their wings. For the money, that makes it worth it. I'm only giving it a 3 star rating, though, because the side doors aren't very functional with their oddly-angled spring loading. It would have been a much better design choice to make these doors the kind that slide up because to use them for any side dishes or bags, they really need to be removed. So, that leaves in-cage food dishes which is fine to reach into if you have hand tamed birds. For my flock of Budgies, they'd prefer I access their dishes from outside the cage and panic a bit when I reach in for daily feeding/watering. Also, the bars are really weak wire that bend easily. Other than these two issues, this is a lot of great space for the price.
