We had installed an older model PF faucet in our kitchen 24 years ago and it started getting hincky on us (after 24 YEARS, I'm getting hincky too!).  I took it apart and found some parts had gotten so calcified that they needed replacement.  Called PF and let us know it was STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!  We sent pictures and our model was discontinued, so they provided us with a complete new unit.  How much better service could you possibly expect?!?  Faucet went in with minor modification and it works great!  And this was 8 months ago, so this review is considered 'aged'.

I simply don't understand how the calcium buildup from someone's water supply can be blamed on PF's faucet and then create a bad review...and even STILL, PF replaces and helps the customer with their issue.

My overwhelming kudos to PF...not only a great product, but excellent support for the product and the consumer as well!!!

I purchase this over 7 years ago. The faucet arm has become very tight. I wasn't sure about just tearing it apart then order parts. The person in the warranty and support told me what to do to remedy the problem. Simple and easy solution, looks and now performs as good as new.

Performance and warranty

Decent faucet, parts tend to wear a bit prematurely.
For instance, i need the busing that goes between the handle and the body of the faucet.  It wound up cracking and now the head sits in a sad sort of way looking at the sink drain....

I had a contractor installed a faucet for me about 5 years ago. I threw away the boxes and I did not register. Based on the photo from this website I believe this is the model I have. Anyway, a year ago it started dripping when it is shut off. Can I replace some parts inside to fix the leakage?

Leaking faucet

We bought this model (or a similar model, it looks a little different than this photo, but maybe just a different generation) about two - three years ago. The sprayer piece broke out of it, and we were able to get a plumber to afix it back in place for a year or so. But it has broken out again, and doesn't look reparable anymore. And now the connection point where the extractable piece connects to the water line in the base is leaking. Something goofy with the valves I think?  Really need a new one but not sure where to go?

component issues - shouldn't be this unreliable

I received this faucet a year ago as a replacement for the Sheldon faucet, cartridge? went bad and Pfister sent a replacement. The replacement is not the same as the original and has no water pressure, I see that is a common issue. I have contacted support several times to no avail, faucet still doesn't work. Have had good service in the past, bragged on the service in the past, not this time. Very dissappointed and just ready to purchase another brand and move on!!

Pfister sent this HORRIFIC FAUCET as a replacement for the prior faucet under their warranty program. They said this is the only faucet they provide for warranty replacement.
This faucet feels horrible, horrible holding it.  The ergonomics of it ate absolute garbage!   The spray button is on top, making it completely inaccessible & essentially useless.

Apparently they no longer make the Mirabelle version I had, which was nicer & so much better ergonomically. (However, it only lasted a few years (less than 5) because this was the 3rd or 4th time replacing it due to the faucet leaking everywhere again over many years destroying my kitchen sink cabinet.   Plus the cost of the plumber every time!

I can't help but wonder how many other people are having the same kind of recurrent problems with Pfister faucets and how they're sending garbage unusable faucets to replace.

Horrific faucet  and ergonomic nightmare!

Having lived in many different locations, I can say without doubt this is by far the worst faucet we have ever owned. The spray is unwieldy and difficult to maneuver, the nozzle gets clogged regularly and has to be frequently cleaned, the water output is shockingly low, and last but certainly not least, less than 3 years of ownership and it is badly leaking from the stem. It was a colossal waste of money, and I do not care to have it replaced by Pfizer.

The worst faucet I have ever owned

This is the worst faucet ever, the water only comes out in a trickle, the screens aren't dirty and I tried removing some of the restrictive elements in the handle but that didn't work either.  All eight faucet in my house are Pfister and all are twenty years old, the kitchen faucet was the first one I needed to replace, the original was the twenty year old one with the white pullout, it started to leak at the wand, so I replaced it with this one, that was a mistake.  Is it the hose for the pullout that's so restrictive?
