The HanoverGT526tms is by far the best Kitchen Faucet I have ever owned. It was simple to install with the provided instructions and the ease of the handle to get hot or cold is a pleasure to dispense. The weight tha pulls the retractable hose back when quick rinsing is incredible. Thank-you Price Pfister engineers! What a marvel!

Unbelievably Spectacular Faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW- we had a problem with our faucet many-many years after remodeling and upgrading our kitchen to include Pfister products.  As we love Pfister products, we contacted customer service to purchase a similar one.  When we explained, they told us it was under warranty and they would send us a new one. What a great surprise. Shortly thereafter, a new one arrived.  It is installed, working, and we love it.  Then, they called to follow up to make certain that we  were pleased.  It is very unusual these days to find a company that cares about their products, their service and their customers like Pfister- a company that goes the extra mile.

Incrediable Customer Service and follow up

We bought the Pfister Hanover faucet because it had the features that my wife wanted: goose neck, high curve, integrated sprayer. I liked it because it had a small footprint and it was very easy to install! Over the past 8 years, I have had to call Pfister twice for warranty service. Both times, the service was for a replacement plastic hose guide and aerator. The second time I called they told me that they would also be sending me a replacement hose and spray head! Their product has held up to some very serious use and is working perfectly today! The customer service that I have experienced is, bar none, the best I have encountered anywhere! I recommend this product and Pfister in general!

The Perfect Faucet

We have had our faucet for over 6 years now. This is a solid and well built product. When we first got it, there was a part that had cracked causing water to spray out. We contacted customer service and within 3 days had a new part at no cost to us. Pfister really stands by their products. We later had another minor issue that was remedied expediently and at no cost to us almost a year after we had purchased it. Both issues were very minor and both times we were supplied with brand new parts. We have the nickle finish and it cleans well and has maintained a new look to it for 6 years. I was hesitant that maybe after all that time the hose/pull-down feature would start to slack, but it's still like new. I love the pressure adjustments. It makes for instant ease when switching from rinsing strawberries to blasting off crusty food particles. The height is great for tall pots, and the like, and the pull out hose will accommodate anything that won't fit in the sink. I highly recommend any Pfister product. It's extremely rare today to find quality products and a company who stands behind them. No, I do not work for Pfister, I simply appreciate good quality products.

Fantastic faucet, even better customer service!

We had purchased a faucet 9 years ago when we redid our kitchen. About 5 years later,the rubber cover on the handle broke off. We wrote in to get a new one. The faucet was not available anymore. The attendant informed us that another similar one was the replacement. We quickly replied we couldn't buy a new one at the time. The attendant told us it would be replaced for free. We could not believe that could be possible. A week later, a new faucet came in and I quickly replaced it. Price Pfister is guaranteed for life and this company stands firm behind its product. Best Faucet around

I have had this faucet for many, many years and it still looks and works great.  I've had the expected maintenance issues through the years as it is used heavily every day in a large family household.  Any issues I've had have been quickly resolved by Pfister.  I commend their strong customer service.  They truly stand behind the product they sell.  It is rare to find companies like this today.  I highly recommend their products.

Great product.  Great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this faucet to replace the faucet I had and was no longer available for parts. I was very satisfied with my old model, but the filter was becoming clogged too often and needed to be replaced. I did not pick out this model, but I love it! Much better then the last model I had, which was 8 years old. I installed it myself, (yes, I'm a woman) which took me a little longer than should have because I wasn't feeling well. It was not difficult at all. Everything fit perfectly! I've had it now for approximately 3 months and couldn't be happier. Thank you Pfister for taking care of your customers so well. I will always be one of them! Do I recommend this product? You bet!!

Thrilled!!

We obtained this faucet through warranty about 2 years ago to repalce the previous Pfister faucet that lasted closed to 10 years. It was such an easy task in taking out the old one and put in the new in no time. Once the new faucet was installed it works like a charm. We love it.

Hanover 1-Handle, Pull-down kitchen faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet was sent as a replacement for a defective product but is a different design. Our previous faucet was a sleek modern design and this design in clunky.
The hose feature works well but the the system restricts the water flow to the point that pressure is very weak both for cleaning material off of plates and utensils or for filling a container.
The soap dispenser is the major design flaw. The spout slopes down. This results in soap dripping into the sink after you have removed your hand. On most other, and our previous system, the spout terminated at an upward angle prevents such dripping.
Disappointing product. But Pf did honor is warrantee.

Disappointing

We had a Hanover faucet for two years that constantly had quality issues: spray head stopped workiing properly (could not select stream anymore), flow became extremely low even with a new cartridge, and finish would scratch easily even with careful cleaning. While Price Pfister has sent us replacement parts, the parts did not solve all the problems. Sorry, Price Pfister, we don't know now what to do with a faucet that's not adequate for our needs.
