Handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet came in our new home and after 8 years it started leaking out of the spray adjust lever.  I called PP and the was not on the phone more than 15 minutes and the representative help me identify the model and is sending a new sprayer head.  It is rare to get such quality customer service.  No problem, solved in one quick phone call.  I'm impressed.

Durable for 8 Years

The pull down sprayer works as a pot filler and makes rinsing pots, pans and the sink a snap.  I like it so much, I bought another for the kitchen in our winter home.  I agree that the soap dispenser doesn't work.  That doesn't deminish the quality or beauty of the faucet.

Outstanding kitchen faucet!!!

I contacted Pfister concerning repairs for my leaking faucet.  After sending in the picture and describing my problems, they immediately responded and sent me a brand new replacement.  I purchased a Moen replacement, but i returned it because it was lesses quality, it didnt perform as well, the angle of the spout flowed into the sink and not into the drain opening splashing everywhere,  and I didn't like the flat paddle handle. I love the pfister model as it feels natural, performs well, looks great and has an outstanding warranty.  Thank you

Outstanding faucet and warranty

We love our new tap.  It replaced a 15 year old Pfister Mireille model that we repaired a few times and decided to try something different, albeit from the same manufacturer.

- Looks sophisticated.
- Feels solidly built
- Nice stream /  flow of water, although it may seem to be low a fair amount really is coming out of the tap.
- Doesn't splash.

I actually installed it and then reinstalled it again (my wife wanted it installed in the hole where the soap dispenser was, but I didn't do that the first time), so really came to love those retaining clips and supply line adapters.  It was simple to  undo the clips and pull off the hoses and then reinstall the whole tap by doing it in reverse. They are a great idea.  Also really simple to undo the pull down hose and reinstall.

The durability of the fabric woven hose on the pull down spout worries me a little.  I can see it being abraded quite easily.  I would think its important when installing the retaining clips for the water supply adapters that you don't have the pointy ends potentially facing  the hose. Thats pretty simple to accomplish as the clips can be pushed in from multiple angles. Older models had a woven stainless steel hose which would probably have been less of a concern for this.

Lets see how long it lasts and if we have any problems like we did with the Mireille model over the years (that one dripped from the spout, lever wouldn't stay in up position when using it, etc.)

Love the faucet.  Easy to install

I like the style of the faucet. Nice clearance to fill taller pots.
I don't care for the soap dispenser, I thought I would love it. It doesn't like thick soap, it must be very thin. No bath and body work kitchen soap, too thick, water has to be added to thin it down. Actually every brand I have tried I have to add water to thin it down. Soap goops up on the end of the nozzle too. I think the channel coming through the handle is way to tiny, thus the very thin soap and glopping Up on the end of it.
But I love the faucet itself. Being able to pull down the sprayer and not grab a different nozzle is great. I would definitely buy the faucet again but not install the soap dispenser. Unfortunately now I have the hole drilled through the countertop for the soap dispenser so I am stuck with it.

Love the high arch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the looks of this faucet. It's very elegant. It's also very handy due to the one-handle design and the gooseneck  height. Great for filling those large pots for pasta and other things.  I've had this fixture twice because the first one developed I assume calcium that not only looked bad but over time began to affect the inner functioning of the nozzle. But the second one has shown no signs of such problems

The Best Looking Faucet Ever

Title says it all. For nearly $500 I would expect this to be zero headache. I keep having to call pfister for new sprayers. My parents have the exact same kitchen faucet, they keep calling for replacements also. I wish the spray selector would stay on also, it clicks off when there is no water pressure but that is a minor thing.

Nearly $500 faucet, on 3rd faulty sprayer in 7 yrs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this faucet in 2009 when we remodeled our kitchen. It worked OK
for a couple years then things began to happen. Soap dispenser shoots out
almost sideways, the water pressure is hardly enough rinse things off (we have great water pressure throughout the house) and the pull down spray head won't stay up but hangs down when the water is off. I ordered a new spray head under warranty but even though I told them it was tuscan bronze they sent a silver replacement that was not anything close to the same style. Very disappointed. Whole thing needs replaced.

Poor quality. Poor warranty backup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet has a plastic washer inside the on/off-hot/cold selector handle. It floats which means that in the 10 months we have had this faucet, it moves around and blocks the rotation motion of the handle. This necessitates removing the handle, pulling the cover off and repositioning the washer. I've had to do this numerous times and can't believe Pfizer hasn't designed a better operation. Nice appearance of the faucet but can't recommend it until it is redesigned.
