SIDE NOTE

We used a glass pyrex cover we found in our kitchen as a lid. It has a inner lip that keeps it from sliding off.  In our case, the three gallon reservoir was enough supply for us—no need for us to place a five gallon bottle upside down on top. Allows for a more compact counter-top form, fit and function.

We used an extra pyrex cover! More compact.

The individual components of the assembly were better than we expected—ruggedized, med-high quality, and very stable when fully assembled. Packaging that the unit came in was very good—outstanding form, fit and function.

Side note: To safe space—we chose to not put the large water bottle upside down on top of the reservoir. Instead we found a  form-fitting lid to cover the reservoir—and keep the large water bottle hidden away  nearby. The resevoir itself held enough water to last a few days. We refill the resevoir whenever it needs it from the water bottle.

A form-fitting cookie jar lid, or something similar,  should work well for owners of this item—if you can find one that is the perfect fit and has an inside edge to prevent it from sliding off too easily.

Perfect for my counter. Easy to assemble. At first it was leaking, until we tightened the faucet.

Ceramic water dispenser

Excellent dispenser, no leaks, no cracks. Compared to our previous dispenser the tap has been improved and you can flip it up or down and you can make it stay on, so if you are filling a larger container you don't need to keep it pushed. Very happy with my purchase.

Have been looking at this water dispenser since last summer and finally made the purchase.  It’s exactly what I was expecting and delivery to the store was a great option for me. For those who can’t lift a large 15-18 litre bottle of water, you better have a helper. Happy to have this in my home!

Great addition in my kitchen

Does the job. Not inexpensive for a ceramic container with a spout but works well and it’s less expensive than other electric dispensers. Quite heavy and might be a workout to wash when I clean it. But working well for now.

Simple design. Does the job

Sturdy unit, takes up less space than machines. Only small issue is the spout, could have been a bit more heavy duty, this one is kind of flimsy, at least on mine.

Overall, an excellent, easy to assemble, and versatile product. The stand has adjustable-height feet and is a good height for pouring water. The ceramic water cooler is aesthetically pleasing and of good design. If you can place the ceramic cooler close to the edge of a counter, you don't even need the stand. One suggestion: the wooden surface of the stand is particle board, which can deteriorate over time with water exposure, so consider covering it with a waterproof coating. I'm happy enough with the product that I'm buying two more for my other cabins. It's ideal because it has few moving parts, does not require electricity, is easy to use, and the two settings of the tap (slow and fast) for pouring water are handy.

Useful, versatile, well-designed product.

The instructions say to leave it in a certain place on my black toad. No he left it right in front of the door. Like I’m sick of this. And it’s not the first time.

Doesn’t follow instructions

Beautiful item; but did not designed to work.  All set up water et al; and the spigot even when wide open was a mere trickle; just bad design; I looked online and found many reviews that experienced the same thing.  They unfortunately had to return theirs as well, because it simply did not work.
