Minimal effort required for installation.

Has a stylish look that complements kitchen appliances.

Can be refreshing, but may have a chemical aftertaste.

I normally rent dispensers .  I decided to purchase this time.  Glad I did Primo water dispenser is exactly what it advertised.  Not to mention you get a bonus for free Primo water.  A little heavy, however easy to assemble.  I highly recommend this product.

I can't put into words how much I loved the water dispenser. I was so anxious to assemble it the entire drive home. It was one of the best purchases I could have made, and at an excellent price! Its original price was $****, and I was able to get it for just $99 at Walmart. Omg, I don't know what you're waiting for to go to the best store!

Love the convenience of bottom loading. Price was decent. Four stars and not five because hot isn't as hot and cold isn't as cold compared to my previous one I had for 10  years before it finally stopped working (Viva brand).  Still a fine water dispenser, fine enough for me to keep.

Four starts not five because….

Hello, I would like to give you 5 stars but unfortunately I just bought my Primo May 2024 and as today September 15/2042 no hot water is coming.  Need help about it, is too soon to stop working, still new. I would fix my review later if some help is received. 

Beside that, I am very happy with Primo water dispensers I have used for many years.

Purchased on sale for $99.  Compressor is louder then refrigerator.  Cold water out of dispenser is not that cold.  Okay for the price I paid but would not pay more. Debating on returning even at this price due to water not being cold enough out of machine.

I like the overall look, not being able to see the water jug but this dispenser makes the water taste like chemicals. It doesn't seem safe to drink. I am using the same 5gal jug from a previous dispenser from a different company and switched the jug to this bottom loading dispenser and water now taste awful even after doing a thorough clean before first use

there was such a loud vibration  noise when cooling mide was on. i tried everything nothing works. goings back today.

I ordered the dispenser yesterday . And upon opening it i wasn't happy the cold function did Not work only the Cool/Warm worked 
I am a very big fan of Primo products. I bought  my first dispenser that lasted over 6years . After it broke down and started to leak . I got this another one that's working as of now . After I bought my 3rd one to give it away . It just doesn't work how it supposed to

Not happy

This is my 3rd Primo that failed. 

1st— top loading:  leaked and damaged my laminate flooring for $10k in damages. 

2nd— bottom loading:  compressor is loud and hot water quit after 6mos. 

3rd— hot water never worked a single time. Not once. Returned.

Primo quality is terrible

The quality control missed a pretty crucial step in assembling this machine so after installing it, listening to it start to fill up the tank, and walking away to get rid of the box, water just poured out into my floor.  Once I saw that the floor was flooding, I unplugged the unit, which didn't stop the flow, and dragged the unit outside.

While outside, trying to drain the tank to box the dispenser and take it back to Walmart, I found what was wrong. The buttons are a kind-of piston that pushes down into a tray which triggers the water being dispensed. The "pistons" weren't put in the right spot so the "tray" was being constantly half-pushed in each dispenser to just let it flow right out. Once the catch-tray filled up, it just flooded into the floor. About half of my 5-gallon water bottle wound up being mopped up. Thanks, Primo.

Quality control missed one here.
