A very quiet, efficient and fast water dispenser. I love it. I bought one in a Walmart store, I looked for another but I just found it on line. There should be in stores. Fast shipping as well.

I love it, very belle quality, good throughput, little noise and easy to use. It’s only been a week to see in the long run. Very satisfied at the moment.

Great product, very simple and easy to setup. One charge lasted longer than I expected and this is when, we use it every day. 

1 less star is for delivery time. Walmart was showing next day delivery but took 2 weeks to deliver.

Good product. Easy to setup

We bought this approximately 7-8 months ago and were super happy with it. But it has stopped charging. Turns out the soldering on the charging unit inside is very light and easily  comes apart. After some research this seems to be a pretty common problem with this product. I am unsure if they have since fixed this in manufacturing but I am currently in the process of trying to get a replacement.

Worked great until it stopped charging

This was the second Primo Rechargeable Water Dispenser we bought. 
It took 2 days to charge before it could be used.  When it was fully charged it didn't work.
We had to order another water dispenser of a different brand.

Disappointed

Paid $40 for a quality brand name dispenser instead of a cheapo one off Amazon. I was sent a product from 2018. Yes, 7  years old.
The product does not hold a charge or function. Pathetic
