Primo water cooler

Our last water cooler broke so we ordered this for our cottage.  We are very pleased with it and love the hot water for tea.  I wish it had a light over the spout so I could see in the dark when filling up.

Great Water Cooler for the price.

It's a great machine. It's not my first one. I bought one a while back then sold it because I had a  water dispenser in the fridge. We didn't like it found the water wasn't cold I enough, so we decided to buy another water dispenser and thought let's buy the Primo one  like we had before.  It's also great if you want a tea the water is very hot.

Happy with this product

Cooler provided ice cold water. However after only one week the Cooler leaked on the floor over the course of a week was fully drained. I returned the cooler

Hot water broke after 6 months, made loud hissing sound... Tried all troubleshooting and it didn't resolve the issue. 

Otherwise we were completely satisfied with the temperature of the hot/cold water. 

Primo Resolution- Was given a Walmart gift card and left to dispose of this broken unit on my dime.

HOT WATER BROKE AFTER 6 MONTHS

This was my second order of this as the first one arrived with an opened box and damaged. returned it and reordered it. Got it and opened it and set it up and it doesn't pour cold water. Need to return AGAIN.

Useless or just bad luck?

Bought this last June ('16) for the cottage. End of season, drained it and left it in unheated cottage. First bottle in this May ('17), all the water gushed out 'til I was able to grab it. The seam to the hot water canister split and we can't find the receipt for the thing so I now have a chunk of black plastic taking up room. Stay away!

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

The machine stopped cooling water after less than 2 years and 3 months later began to flow on the ground. Great for ruining a wooden floor, a chance we saw in time. DO NOT BUY, in addition to the company does not respond to our emails. Primo Trash.

BRISED AFTER 2 YEARS ONLY! - Oh, my God.

Purchased this in March of 2017 and the hot water stopped working in Fall of 2017. After almost 3 months, numerous calls and emails inquiring about the refund, Primo finally issued the refund in the form of a Walmart gift card- so, you are obligated to shop at Walmart for a replacement and there is ONLY Primo coolers in store inventory. Walmart will not allow gift cards to be used online where there is more brand selection of coolers.

Purchased a Primo replacement (as this is all they stock in-store) with the gift card that finally arrived in January 2018 and hot water has stopped working again! July 2018.

Buyer Beware, not only is the product junk their refund policy is a joke.

JUNK!

I've had this model from 2014 but they manufactured the new models differently. Super cheap. They vibrate and make noise....waaaay too much noise. It acts like 5 refrigerators. Something happened to this model. New generation uses cheaper parts because this one weighs much less than the old one. Pure trash. Waste of time buying and lugging around back to the store to return.

Never again. Do not buy! Warning! LOUD!!!
