This works beautifully. It is easier to load than a top load. If I have the hot water button on it gives a nice hot cup but the cold side is cold when I want cold water just not as cold as it is with the hot water switch off. I just leave the hot water switch off until I need hot water.

Bottom load water cooler.

Was spending too much money on cases of water bottles each week. Needed another alternative. Was worried about water dispensers because ive heard so many horror stories of water leaking from the entire jug. But then discovered this water dispenser thats bottom loaded and in upright position so there was no fear of leaks. It's not ugly, not overly bulky, it's not super loud, it's actually great

Great product

It looks great, and works great!

Changing the water bottles is super easy, especially with the convenient door hook that is part of the design.

It has switches for hot and cold water, so if you want to use one of the spouts for room temperature that's quite possible.

The unit is super quiet. Most of the times I don't even remember it's there until I have to use it or during the occasional triggering of the cooling process... even that is not an issue.

I highly recommend it, especially for people who prefer a bottom loading mechanism.

As perfect as it gets

It was a great price/quality buy versus everything I had looked at on the market. In addition, there is a switch for hot water. If I don't need it, I turn it off. And protection for children. That's really good. I recommend this purchase.

Great purchase!

Great not having to lift and invert heavy bottles, being a senior. Streamlined appearance, fits in any decor; suggest keeping extra bottles on hand for instant switching when red light flashes "empty", as you will probably use a lot, due to convenience!

Perfect for our needs

Well made and very easy to set up. Hot water gets very hot within 12-14 minutes, and within 30-40 mins the cold water was icy cold. Makes a little more noise than I was expecting, so only giving it 4 stars. If it was a tad more quiet, it would be five.

Good value water dispenser

Not impressed at all with this water cooler. 
Cold water is more like cool water. Not cold as it should be. Also it's quite loud and there is no light if you want to pour in dim lighting so need lights on to see it. Would not recommend this at all. I miss my old water dispenser :(

Room temp water

not happy this be the third  time driving hour and half to return this water cooler ,now it costing me money back and forth plus Walmart should look at there product better before putting it out went i come in on Thursday i like to speak with store manger about this please

buying stuff at the gander Walmart store

We bought this as a gift. It was delayed in transit so came late.  Then hooked it all up and it leaked all over and buttons would stick.  We returned it and went with another brand.

Not impressed

Cold water light stayed on and so did the cooling unit, but no cold water. Saw videos on how to replace parts because it's a common occurrence. Returned the cooler instead.

No cold water
