Reaches a temperature ideal for hot drinks.

Minimal effort required for installation.

Simple setup and operation right out of the box.

This works beautifully. It is easier to load than a top load. If I have the hot water button on it gives a nice hot cup but the cold side is cold when I want cold water just not as cold as it is with the hot water switch off. I just leave the hot water switch off until I need hot water.

Bottom load water cooler.

It looks great, and works great!

Changing the water bottles is super easy, especially with the convenient door hook that is part of the design.

It has switches for hot and cold water, so if you want to use one of the spouts for room temperature that's quite possible.

The unit is super quiet. Most of the times I don't even remember it's there until I have to use it or during the occasional triggering of the cooling process... even that is not an issue.

I highly recommend it, especially for people who prefer a bottom loading mechanism.

As perfect as it gets

I bought this for my Husband a few months ago for his Birthday present, he absolutely loves it and uses it everyday, the hot water is hot and the cold water is cold, it's a great height and I love the fact that the top is flat, the dispenser is silent and it doesn't take up a lot of space. The set up was super easy, simply took it out of box, opened the door at the bottom, set the water inside, put the hose thing that sucks up the water inside the jug, plugged it in then waited a hour for the hot water to heat up and the cold water to get cold.

No assembly required

Well made and very easy to set up. Hot water gets very hot within 12-14 minutes, and within 30-40 mins the cold water was icy cold. Makes a little more noise than I was expecting, so only giving it 4 stars. If it was a tad more quiet, it would be five.

Good value water dispenser

4/5, there is not light on the unit. So to pour water at night, you must turn on the lights in house. Cut corners too tight, in my opinion. 1 led would have made a world of difference.
For the rest, bottom bottle compartment, the refrigeration and heating, all get 5/5. It's that darn led light that bugs me.

Basic

Not impressed at all with this water cooler.
Cold water is more like cool water. Not cold as it should be. Also it's quite loud and there is no light if you want to pour in dim lighting so need lights on to see it. Would not recommend this at all. I miss my old water dispenser :(

Room temp water

I bought this because I have back issues and needed to replace my top loader with a bottom loader. If you're in the same boat, you'll be thrilled at how easy it is to replace a bottle now!

I wanted a bottom loader that had room temperature & cold dispensers. This is hot and cold but if you don't turn on the hot, it's room temperature so that's what I did.

The cold is cold. It's perfect for the hubs. The hot is hot - I tried it. Not hot enough to brew tea but hot enough to burn you if you're not paying attention. But I don't need hot so I turned off that function so I'd have room temp instead.

Here's the weird part. When I use that button (for either hot or room temp), the water that comes out has a weird filmy scrunge thing on top and has floating particulate that looks almost oily. It's not appealing and I definitely won't drink from that side so I basically have a cooler that's only cold when I drink room temp.

I will say I've only had it for about a month and have experience no leaks or drips. I also don't find it noisy at all. If the left side (hot or room) worked properly, I'm sure I'd give it 5 stars. As it stands, because I can't use it for what I bought it for, I'm not that pleased.

I'm not so sure...

not happy this be the third time driving hour and half to return this water cooler ,now it costing me money back and forth plus Walmart should look at there product better before putting it out went i come in on Thursday i like to speak with store manger about this please

buying stuff at the gander Walmart store

We bought this as a gift. It was delayed in transit so came late. Then hooked it all up and it leaked all over and buttons would stick. We returned it and went with another brand.

Not impressed

Cold water light stayed on and so did the cooling unit, but no cold water. Saw videos on how to replace parts because it's a common occurrence. Returned the cooler instead.

No cold water
