Great product easy to set up. It is not that loud. Has a water heat and cold function which you have a separate button to turn on and off.

Great product for families

Love the hot water feature makes great hot drinks. Being older its great that we dont have to lift the bottle and injuring our backs. Highly recomend.

Perfect

We missed having a Fridge with water dispenser, we move in to a new Condo and it doesn't have this option, so we look around to buy one of these bottom load hot and cold water dispenser and we just love it! Review is really early at this stage and hopefully it will be worry free for many months!

Cold water and no aftertaste

Purchased this one to replace the Primo one we had been using the past few years.

It has been a pretty good dispenser so far, and seems to be a good value for the price we got it for.

If we had one complaint, it would be that it does seem pretty loud when the refrigerant runs and it runs often enough that it is noticeable in the other room.

Otherwise, I recommend this product.

Good value for money

[Employee of walmartcanada] Product work well, quiet, no noise. Water is cold. Not using the hot side, it is off. A nice addition would be a water level meter. Bottom load is a godsend for the back, but you can't see how much water is left. A water level meter would be 5 stars.

It's good nothing special, quality isn't as good as the last one.

Good dispenser

Was difficult to remove plastic taste from water.  Primo said I needed to flush more water through the lines.  Then they said I had to flush the hot water through the lines.  When that didn't work they said flush lines with bleach and water or vinegar and water.  That finally worked but I've never had to do that with a brand new water dispenser.
