We just purchased our second one.  We use one for all of our drinking water in our family hangout.  It gets constant use and for how much we used it, I felt the first one provided enough value to warrant purchasing the second.  We don't utilize the K-Cup feature often, but it sure is nice to have on the occasions we, or a guest feel like a cup.  The hot water is definitely hot, and the safety feature seems sufficient to protect against children (we have 2 young'ns).  The cold water is very cold as well.

Worth the Money - Family of Four

Absolutely love all features of the Primo, cold water, hot water and keurig. Hot water is great for oatmeal or malt-o-meal. It also has a safety feature for the hot water. Cold water is refreshing and the keurig is great for anything we have coffee, tea and hot cocoa in a pod.

Primo/Keirig

I love this product so much I have 3 of them!!!  The one at our office we have had for over 5 years with no issues and unlike reg coffee makers that use the cups this one is still working properly.  The water is also easy to load at the bottom.  Highly recommended!

Perfect combo for water and coffee!!!

Works as it should, much easier to load the jugs than the small top load one I had. However, the smaller top load was of much sturdier construction. I love the coffee pod addition and pod storage it works great. It is all plastic though almost cheap like so I hope it lasts as long as our other small one.

The unit functions like it's supposed to making hot and cold water as well as coffee, but when the refrigeration unit kicks on, the unit rattles extremely loud. This one needs to be replaced. I even bought the extended warranty and Walmart wants me to return it to the store. They should be swapping it out for me. Stick with Amazon… Their returns are much easier to handle.

Semi cheap quality

Showed up a day late. The product was damaged. Had a big dent on the right side of the machine. Doesn't fit any bottles except the expensive Primo bottles. Can't feel it up with cheaper priced water. I've had other machines that will hold other bottles, so I know it's possible.

This is the 3rd and final water cooler we will ever buy from Primo.  All three coolers have begun leaking on their own causing 5 gallons of water to be disbursed all over our wood floors. 

At this point and having the same problem with 3 different coolers this has to me some sort of manufacturing error.  Buyer beware, stay far away from this brand.

Buyer Beware!

It was easy to set up but when I filled my 5 gallon jug with water and did as instructed it sucked up all the water at once . I thought ok maybe it's suppose to do that , until no water would come out of the hot or cold water dispenser so I went to go fill the the 5 gallon of water up again and verified that I did turn the switched on the back on and tried it again . Once again it sucked the whole 5 gallon of water up at once but no water came out of water dispenser. Where did the water go and why didn't I get any water back . It must of been a dud . I returned it and reorders me another one with no issue so far. I just got it 🤞

It was a dud - second one worked fine

I had my old Primo water cooler over 10 years and just recently it stopped working.  The new one stopped working the they we set up the machine by night cold water dispenser stopped working, next day the hot water dispenser stopped working, and by afternoon entire machine did not work.  What a disappointment and waist of money.
