I haven't had it for very long but so far it is great. Cold is very cold and hot is steaming hot. I would definitely purchase again if I ever needed one.

Exactly what I wanted

Very happy with Primo dispenser.  Delivers very hot water for tea, etc with no weird taste or smell.  Water is dispensed quite quickly from all 3 spouts.  Easy to set up. A bit shorter than my old water dispenser which makes for loading the 5 gal bottle less strenuous.

Primo water cooler dispenser

Bought this water cooler hoping to up my water intake. And so far, so good! Water wasn't as cold as I thought it should be, so I went to the Primo website, and lo and behold, they have videos of a tech walking you through the fix for your problem. Very helpful! Just 2- 1/4 turns of a screwdriver, and in an hour the water was noticeably colder. I am very happy with my purchase! Only one downfall, no 5 gallon jugs of water the day I purchased it, and checked 2 other walmarts in my area, none had any. So I bought a 3 gallon jug, Just for household use, I think. It works, and I've added water to it, but hard not to spill it all over trying to get it on the cooler. But I will keep looking for the 5 gal bottle.

Great product for the price.

This is not my first water dispenser but is most definitely one of the best. It has three water temps. The hot water (which is most important for me) is boiling hot and ready whenever I am ready for it. The cold side is ice cold. I love it! It is perfect!

We have been under a boil water advisory since march 18th. We are sitting here on July 3rd with no resolution in sight. After buying case after case of water which can get very expensive, I decided to get this Primo water dispenser. I am glad I did! It is easy to set up, it doesn't take up much space, it runs very quietly. The taste is delicious and you can dispense hot, cold and room temp water. There is also a switch in the back for a light so you can see while you're filling your cup or mugs. Inside the box you receive 2 coupons for 2 free 5 gallon refills. I love the design and its ease of use. The cold water is ice cold which comes in handy in these hot summer months. The initial cost is a tad pricey but in the long run it is so worth it. I highly recommend this unit!

Primo water, top loading dispenser

water doesn't taste like plastic which was my main concern and has stainless steel internal tanks . build quality is nice and tight , it's quiet and barely runs  after it finishes it's first cool / heat cycle at initial plug in . I was surprised how quickly it heated the water and the led light is a nice feature indicating heat / cool function . it's  much lighter than my previous g.e profile dispenser but heats and cools faster somehow . very quick and easy to setup , no assembly except installing a water bottle   initially passing water through all 3 water spouts letting all the air out and finally plugging it into wall . took less than 5 mins . not that it matters but its also nice to look at .

if I had to be picky , there seems to be a small 2 inch ripple in very bottom center of  stainless panel which looks like a manufacturer assembly defect but I only noticed it while wiping it down as I can't really see it visually and it looks uniform like it's from a machine as the box it came in was in perfect condition.

great mid range water dispenser!

This cooler, with a more updated appearance works ok - hot water is really hot and I like the safety switch for those who may have small children, the room temp water is just that, but the cold is not as cold as my old one was - it's colder than room temp - but not icy cold. It also has a "night light" switch so you can see in the dark. One thing that is a little annoying is the speed of the water coming from the spouts........very slow. Takes too long to fill a coffee pot - let alone a cooking pot. Overall, it does it's job and I would recommend it to anyone, like me, who won't drink, or cook with, their tap water.

A little slow.........but

Works very well but it was smaller than I had thought. It is narrower and shorter than my previous Primo water dispenser that I had purchased in Sam's. I guess, just know what you are ordering. I am thinking of returning if I can finding a bigger one.

My fault :)

The cold doesn't even get cold it's room temp. The hot just gets warm and not hot. Wish I would have kept the box to return. Really was a waste of money.

Terrible. Waste of money

The hot water tap dispensing white flaky bits, tried cleaning twice following manufacturer cleaning recommendations. No luck. Just happening with the hot water tap, cold is working but water is not that cold.
