Overall good Quality, I definitely like the three different settings for the hot water, cold water and even coldest water. It definitely gets real hot and super cold . Nice addition to my kitchen we are hoping with this to buy less bottled water.

A very good water dispenser ser for the price. Black and s stainless exterior looks good. The hot and cold both have toggle stitches on the back, so you are able to turn those options off if you like. We do when we are out on vacation. I recommend this product.

Great purchase

I haven't had it for very long but so far it is great. Cold is very cold and hot is steaming hot. I would definitely purchase again if I ever needed one.

Exactly what I wanted

Decided to move up from a flimsy white plastic water cooler stand to this and we are very happy.  Three separate switches in case you want hot water, chilled water or room temp. The chilled water switch makes it hum, so we leave that one off. No parts.  Just plug in and pop the water bottle on (don't even have to remove the cap).

Looks good, works well

The is a bare bones water cooler that does exactly what you need.  No pumps or cartridges to worry about.  It gives you cold, room temp, and hot water reliably.  I opted to stick with a top load model without the need for pumps and tubing to replace.   All of the fancy and pricey coolers never lasted more than 2 years if lucky.

I am not sure this is going to last long. Every day it sounds like it is trying to boil the hot water. The only sound I heard from my other one was the cooling. This one was replacing one in fire. I sure can not buy another one now. I wanted the same one I had from Walmart. They did not have that one. Very disappointed.

I bought one of these for my new house as my cat learned how to push the lever on the previous one. I was very excited to have a new water cooler that she can't mess around with. Unfortunately, as soon as I plugged it in, it made a weird sizzling electrical noise inside then this incredibly noxious smell filled my entire house. It burned my eyes and throat so bad!  I returned it and got the same one to replace it and it did the same freaking thing! I'm going to return the 2nd one today and will never buy this line again.

The unit as a whole looks really nice. Really like the option of 3 water dispenser, hot, room temperature, and cold. However, I have to return this unit on the 1st day of owning because there are white flakes coming out of the hot dispenser. Purge it a bit and it's gone, but after a few minutes it comes back. Happens only with the hot dispenser. I didn't bother to clean it or contact Primo as I don't have time to do so. My other water dispenser for a few years did not have this problem at all. End up purchased another water dispenser and it does not have any white flakes problem. Would not recommend this unit at all.

Followed instructions when first purchased...then washed through multiple times with vinegar and water continued tasted like earth/dirt unfortunately.  Ihad to return...exchanged for Primo bottom loader and after thoroughly cleaning it, water tastes like plastic.  it will be returned as well.

My water subscription was transferred from Ready Refresh to Primo, and that's when the problems started. Despite giving them multiple chances, I experienced delays with my water orders and ultimately canceled my subscription. To make matters worse, I had to hold on to the water cooler for months before they finally picked it up. Recently, I've been receiving charges for the cooler, which I no longer have.
