Overall good Quality, I definitely like the three different settings for the hot water, cold water and even coldest water. It definitely gets real hot and super cold . Nice addition to my kitchen we are hoping with this to buy less bottled water.

A very good water dispenser ser for the price. Black and s stainless exterior looks good. The hot and cold both have toggle stitches on the back, so you are able to turn those options off if you like. We do when we are out on vacation. I recommend this product.

Great purchase

water doesn't taste like plastic which was my main concern and has stainless steel internal tanks . build quality is nice and tight , it's quiet and barely runs  after it finishes it's first cool / heat cycle at initial plug in . I was surprised how quickly it heated the water and the led light is a nice feature indicating heat / cool function . it's  much lighter than my previous g.e profile dispenser but heats and cools faster somehow . very quick and easy to setup , no assembly except installing a water bottle   initially passing water through all 3 water spouts letting all the air out and finally plugging it into wall . took less than 5 mins . not that it matters but its also nice to look at .

if I had to be picky , there seems to be a small 2 inch ripple in very bottom center of  stainless panel which looks like a manufacturer assembly defect but I only noticed it while wiping it down as I can't really see it visually and it looks uniform like it's from a machine as the box it came in was in perfect condition.

great mid range water dispenser!

This Primo water dispenser exceeds all my expectations. The unit is very aesthetically pleasing and runs very quiet. There is a very subtle light for nighttime use and the option for hot water is an added bonus. Overall I am extremely happy with this product.

“Water” you waiting for? Buy it!

I haven't had it for very long but so far it is great. Cold is very cold and hot is steaming hot. I would definitely purchase again if I ever needed one.

Exactly what I wanted

Great little unit, does not take up a lot of space. Love the stainless and black look. Really like the 3 different water temps you have at the push of a button. Bought it on sale after researching local water delivery services. Was a no brainer, owning versus renting a dispenser is better to me anyways. Not locked in to another monthly expense. So far I've had zero negative issues. Glad I went with this unit.

Was a No Brainer, Owning Versus Renting One

Decided to move up from a flimsy white plastic water cooler stand to this and we are very happy.  Three separate switches in case you want hot water, chilled water or room temp. The chilled water switch makes it hum, so we leave that one off. No parts.  Just plug in and pop the water bottle on (don't even have to remove the cap).

Looks good, works well

It's too low to the ground. I guess it's like tht bc it's a top loader. When I plugged it in it made popping noises and had a burnt wire smell. It eventually stopped. The compressor is load too. Loader than a refrigerator. I do like the temp settings.

It's ok.

I am not sure this is going to last long. Every day it sounds like it is trying to boil the hot water. The only sound I heard from my other one was the cooling. This one was replacing one in fire. I sure can not buy another one now. I wanted the same one I had from Walmart. They did not have that one. Very disappointed.

I bought one of these for my new house as my cat learned how to push the lever on the previous one. I was very excited to have a new water cooler that she can't mess around with. Unfortunately, as soon as I plugged it in, it made a weird sizzling electrical noise inside then this incredibly noxious smell filled my entire house. It burned my eyes and throat so bad!  I returned it and got the same one to replace it and it did the same freaking thing! I'm going to return the 2nd one today and will never buy this line again.
