The best way to get started with this diaper pail, is to watch their YouTube videos for the assembly and the bag change! Just look for “Diaper Twist'r Assembly/Bag Insertion/Bag Removal” on YouTube! Once  you figured that out it really is the best diaper pail! Because there is no diaper smell! I bought the ubbi first but after a couple days, when it holds a couple stinky diapers, every time you slide the door open to toss another diaper you can smell the stink! Somehow that problem was solved with this diaper pail, because the lid is closed when the next diaper gets tossed in. There is a video on YouTube on how to do it properly. If you do it like its shown on YouTube there is no smell! That's amazing! I love it! I am also thinking about getting their bigger diaper pail, its called my twister! It looks bigger than the diaper twister so I might have to get that one too for upstairs!

Great diaper pail, works like a charm

Oh, boy! I've been using this diaper pail for a week now, and let me tell ya, it's been a total lifesaver. And believe me, I'm sleep-deprived AF, but not once have I been annoyed with this bad boy. It's like magic - I drop the dirty diaper in, close the lid, give it a little twist, and voila! The stinky offender is gone, like it never even happened. I was a little skeptical about this thing before I bought it. I mean, it doesn't have a fancy foot pedal or some kind of fancy-schmancy infrared sensor like some of those other diaper pails. But you know what? This shiz is so easy to use, even if you've got a dirty diaper in one hand and a wriggling baby in the other. No mind control required (although, that would be pretty dang cool). One thing to note, though - this pail may look small, but it can really take a load off (literally). It fits snugly in any room, which is great, but I gotta warn ya - all that bending down to dispose of those dirty diapers can be a real backbreaker. But hey, at least your hands are free, right? And that's what really matters. So if you're in the market for a diaper pail that keeps things simple and smells under control, this bad boy's the way to go. The holy grail of odor-eliminating trash bins

I used to have a munchkin diaper pail, the one with the plastic teeth, that bites every time you have to stick your hand in there to push the diaper down. I was so over it. My friend recommended Prince Lionheart to me she has their mytwister and she absolutely loves it. So I decided to give this little guy a try. I follow them on social media and they pointed me in the right direction, YouTube. I watched the videos on how to use this diaper pail, because if you use it incorrectly, like I did at first, then it will actually stink. But if you toss in the diaper and then turn there will be no smell, which is nice. I had to keep the munchkin on the balcony because it would smell so badly after a couple stinky diapers. But this one, no smell! unless you do it wrong! Love it!

It's not another stinky diaper pail!

It is a little difficult to figure out at first. I recommend watching a video to help. It's worth it tho! It really does keep the smell out of the room!

I love this diaper pail. I used to have a genie for my firstborn and it did not work at all. The genie isn't great at containing odor and when you're ready to take out the bag, sometimes the bag would rip while pulling it out and stink up the whole house. Then you try to carry this ripped bag full with diapers to the trash without losing any on the way. Horror! And to put a new bag in you need their cassettes and tie knots and cut the loop of plastic… I'm not a fan. I am so glad I got this diaper pail now. I had to watch a YouTube video at first to figure out how to change the bags, but after a couple times I feel like I'm a pro now. We still have 2 little ones in diapers, (even though one of them will start potty training soon) – we go through a lot of diapers. Let me tell you! This diaper pail, small but mighty – actually holds a lot of diapers, I was impressed! And the best part, it's so easy to unload, and the bag doesn't rip and it completely contains the stink. I don't know how they do it but it works!

I really like this diaper pail. It actually keeps in the smell. I struggled with how it worked at first but now I got it perfect.

Excellent diaper pail

Very complicated to use, too many steps to follow just to get rid of 1 item. NOT hands free as I have to turn the handle to open the bag. Must have both hands available to hold on to the pail and maneuver the handle. The pail and replacement bags are very expensive. 

I returned it and bought DÉKOR CLASSIC PAIL, this pail is very easy to use and IT IS HANDS FREE!! But If I've known better, I would've bought the DÉKOR PLUS PAIL instead, the opening is a lot bigger than the classic. Also, you can buy the Dékor trash bags brand or a cheaper brand with double the amount of bags for the same price as Dékor bags. You're not able to do this with Lionheart brand so I would've been spending a lot of money in bags.
