I have been struggling with mask acne lately and my normal face wash wasn't helping at all. My mom recommended using this as she loves it, i was nervous due to always having sensitive skin, but after 2 weeks I am obsessed and my skin is looking beautiful and acne is going away!

Smells great, not too strong. When you first apply, it is oily as it melts on your skin, but unlike other cleansing oils, this one doesn't feel excessive.

How it feels on oily skins

I've been using the cleansing balm for a year now every morning and night. My skin is visibly brighter and clearer. I've had so many compliments from friends and family that several of them now use it as well. A pot lasts me around 6 months when used twice a day so it's also very good value .

Amazing cleanser

This is a fantastic product and my skin continues to grow more clear.  I would recommend this for anyone who has sensitive skin. I have had Rosacea for over 10 years which included breakouts, redness and dehydration. My daughter recommended this product. I'm so greatful to her and to you for making the best products I have ever used. Now I'm ready to try the new Neroli Balm for a little switch up. I  have recently started using the Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Wash which has worked more Magic on my skin. I'm looking better and younger than I have for many years. What a Blessing, Thank you.

The Best of the Best

I absolutely love this cleansing balm! The smell is absolutely amazing it makes me think of a relaxing spa treatment. The balm does such a good job of dissolving makeup and SPF and rinses off well but doesn't make my skin feel tight. 

I took one star off because it burns my eye area when I use it directly on my eyes to remove eye makeup probably from the essential oils in it but the smell, consistency, and luxurious feel are worth it for me to use a separate eye makeup remover.

I adore this balm!!

Positives - makes my skin feel incredibly soft. Nice and moisturising. 
Negatives - has an extremely strong fragrance, which is nice as a one off but too heavy for daily use. Skin doesn't feel particularly clean after using and not noticed any difference to my skin.

Unfortunately it made me break out.  I knew there was a chance this could happen since I'm super sensitive to fragrance, but I was still hopeful.  I ended up giving it to one of my friends who absolutely loves it.  Sad it didn't work for me but others have said what a great product it is so I'm still glad I tried it!

Not for me

Product did not come with the cleansing cloth that was shown in photos? I returned it as it was not what was advertised.

Not happy

Unfortunately after using this product for a few months it has had a negative impact on my skin.  It does not remove the dirt etc and left my skin greasy.

I don't know what I am missing, but I don't love it like I was sire I would.  I don't see it dissolving any makeup and grime.  It melts into my face.
