Ease Of Assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A do all grill that I hope lasts a long time. I wanted to be able to grill and griddle in one gas powered device. charbroil knocked it out of the park with this thing. The griddle is large enough for 9 burgers or quesabirria tacos. The grill easily accommodate 8 beats and could have handled twice that if that's how many we needed to cook. I added the charcoal tray and after 12 minutes on high, the briquettes were going strong so I shut the gas off. One tray kept the grill at 450* for over an hour. Flavor was fantastic as I'm new to charcoal but I sprinkled some cherry wood chips on the coals for some extra smoke. Can't wait to do steak, ribs, or a beer can chicken. My only worry is the thing rusts out since it's mild steel. But for now it's the perfect grill at a reasonable price. It does it all in a compact package!

Awesome Grill

We were very impressed with the quality of all the parts and how they all fit together perfectly. It took some time putting it together, but I’m 70 so move slow. Storing it temporarily on our screened porch until the bbq patio is finished, so haven’t fired it up yet, but our neighbor has one just like this and cooks great. That’s what helped with our decision to which grill to buy.

I really like the quality of the parts on this grill, heavy duty construction. So far the 2 (Chicken %26 Pork chops)meals that I have cooked on it turned out good, you may have an adjustment period when you first get the grill, it cooks differently than a regular griddle type grill.
The grill seems easy to clean.

Fantastic Grill

It is a replacement for my like size Infrared commercial 2 burner gas grill with infrared emitter. As far as I know the best 2 burner gas grill...

I do have a problem with my electronic ignition. NO spark/no click and no light. Battery replaced. On second use, first use worked as it should. As per T/S procedure=faulty spark module.

MY Charbroil Pro Series

Charbroil

I purchased this Charbroil grill because I had a previous 4 burner commercial modem for 15 years.  I have had this one since November 2025 and now the igniter will not spark or even make a sound.  Tried a new battery and no help.  Original battery tested good.  Please advise on anything else to try.

Problem with igniter

After many Weber grills this is my first Charbroil.  I love it!!!  Very well made, love the options, and most importantly it cooks some awesome steaks. Can't wait to try the griddle and the charcoal option. At it is the perfect size and looks awesome on my patio.

The Pro Series burns way too hot on the lowest setting possible. I've had it for four months and everything I have grilled has been on the lowest setting and it is still too hot. Maybe my unit has a faulty regulator. Second, the spark module died after four months. I loved my previous Charbroil infrared grill. I got over 12 years out of it.
