I didn't receive any instructions and there was a piece that was missing , so before I can even try it I'm going to have to find this piece to finish putting it together , it looks very good , hopefully I'll have a chance to actually try it but ordering online ,  I won't ever do that again ,

This will not be the typical review on how difficult or easy it was to assemble the equipment and that's the end.

The quality is decent and it is sturdily built.

Having said that, it took me about a day to assemble as I took my time and wanted it done in a quality fashion, making sure every bolt and nut was installed and tightened per specs, while also having to find parts lost between couch cushions. Connecting the electronics was a little tricky at the stem.

I had bought a treadmill that cost $600.00 and lasted four years when the electronic controller broke, which leaves the entire machine useless, although the mechanical parts were in excellent working order but won't run without the electronics;  with a repair estimate of $600.00.

That is one feature I like about the elliptical, the electronics playing out will not affect the mechanical operability of the equipment but are for recording and monitoring milestones and heart rate only. So you can still continue to use it if all you are seeking is a good work out and not training for the Olympics. 

Of course, everything works fine.  At first, the exercise was done in a jerky fashion but that smoothed out to a consistent,  fluid motion as I got used to and adapted to the machine.  I have worked up to fifteen minutes of exercise and do get the heartbeat going and break a sweat.  No sore muscles yet as I haven't reached my goal of 30 minute work out sessions.

So far, this machine is worth every penny of the $105.00 plus the +/- $15.00 dollar protection plan.

Worth the money

Thank you Walmart!! I was a bit concerned on how good the machine would be because the price was really unbelievable. Once it arrived and I have been using it now for some time, I can say it is a great machine that I am super happy with. Strong, durable, and I am looking forward to using it for many years to come. I already lost 8 pounds and it is easy because you just use it a few minutes at a time, a couple of times a day, and you feel great and losing weight without all the struggle. Thank you Walmart for such a Phenomenal deal! :)

Fantastic Machine at a great price!

Very satisfied with the exerciser... Flat for the calorie meter and km only in miles. But very good device in itself. Solid. Assembly quite simple but instruction lacks clarity. Delivery: be at home the first time otherwise the distribution center is in Lachine industrial district......

Elliptical Exerciser

I like the Elliptical but feel my body has to lean forward while holding the bars.  It is a great workout and I like that I can move it easily from room to room. I place it in front of my TV and with a good sweat get an hour workout in without going to the gym.

I really like the compact size of the machine. I am enjoying using it and I think it is going to be good for exercise. It was more difficult to assemble than I thought it should be as the product description listed easy assembly. Also the instructions were not clearly written.

This took me 3 hours to put together. Once I did and got on, to my surprise it was better then I expected for the amount that I purchased it but I wish it could have been smoother. Its good to get by but I wish I would have spent a little more to maybe get a smoother machine.

Practical Purchase

Purchased this and eagerly opened the pack and assembled it.  Not a quick job  We then realized that the computer was missing.  Waited a week for computer to come and tried it out.  Not a smooth work out, when it came to the end of the stride, there is a sudden drop which is hard on the knees.  I would not recommend  this machine to anybody who valued there knees.

to be honest, the product is okay. But if you are a fitness enthusiast do not purchase this. Stabilization is shaky and the length of your leg extension range is great if you are 5'4 or less.
what may be most frustrating is the assembly instructions. you have to basically piece the product together by poor blowout diagrams. i would suggest you save more for a better, more efficient item if you can afford it.

I have two parts for one side of the machine and none for the other side. I emailed the product service at service@paradigmhw.com and requested the missing part ( 017-Right Foot Bar). These were the instructions in the Owner"s Manual. So far no one has acknowledged my email . Please see what you can do.
