After renting a store carpet cleaner, I was disappointed how my carpet looked and smelled due to a dog poop accident. I decided to buy the Pro Heat Revolution after reading other reviews and loved the job it did.  I have used it twice in the last month and the room looks and smells like nothing happened.

This machine has saved my carpet and my budget.  If you live with elderly cats, you need something that cleans efficiently.  So glad I made this purchase. It has made easy work of cleaning carpet areas that I thought would require replacement.  The attachments included are useful for cleaning upholstered furniture. This machine is powerful enough to clean the carpet and completely suction the water for quicker drying. A little noisy, but not so much that it scared the cats.

Great Rug Cleaner

Cleans so good! This was a necessary purchase after my original Bissell pet steamer died after eight years of use. I use it to clean my entire house about every six months and then I use it to also clean up dog messes and toddler messes. It cleans really easy and I love the new bristle cleaning tray. Much better and easier than the original.

Perfect purchase!

I use this machine to clean my bedroom, rugs, and area rugs throughout the house. I did use the Bissell cleaning solution. It came out so clean and so soft, with no stretch stretching. I love the feature of being able to clean my area rugs and they dry in about 30 minutes. This is the best machine I have ever had, and so much easier on the back than renting the one from the home stores.

Such a good carpet cleaner

Like the SUCTION, but I would appreciate a MUCH LARGER DIRTY WATER TANK!  I use it to suck up Water coming in the basement commercial carpet & 1 litre dirty tank  makes me hav to dump TWICE as many tanks as my OLD BISSEL 2x Heat ....unit which doesn't owe us anything!

SUCTION is AWESOME ...

I was really excited to get a carpet cleaner. You have to put hot water in it for it to be "proheat" but beside that misunderstanding in the name of the cleaner, it works great. The dirty tank fills up quickly, so it took about 6-7 empties to get a 10x10 living room with high traffic and a few stains clean. But it is so clean! Doing "dry" passes sped up the drying time. For small spaces, highly recommend

Perfect for small spaces/pet messes

I have only used it once so far and only on the quick dry setting. I needed to clean a wool 8x10  area rug that was recently occupied by fun fabric moths and their larvae (🐛 yuck!) which is difficult to get rid of. Anyway, the vacuum did its job. It pulled up all of the loose fabric, threads, cat hair (3 cats)  and dirt. It dried quickly, seemed to clean well but I didn't have any stains. I plan on doing it again but on a heavier clean setting to use more water. As far as the larvae, it helped for sure! Need to clean the backside next. If it doesn't solve my larvae problem then I throw the rug out and continue to enjoy the vacuum!! 

My one complaint about the machine so far has to do with the janky plastic components. I am not old by any means but I'm about to date myself by saying “products just aren't made like they used to be.” My parents had a heavy duty rug cleaning machine from the 70s which was amazing!! Made so well. Trying to find a replica but seems impossible. 🤷‍♀️ Even with the janky plastic components I highly recommend.

I would recommend this product

It's a noticeable upgrade from our old steam cleaner and really does a great job. The carpets are very dry (and clean!) after use, walkable within an hour or so. If I had to complain, the cord could be a few feet longer and the massive reservoir that holds the dirty water could be designed better to hold more liquid. Solid product after 2 uses, no regrets.

It's a great tool

I didn't notice much of a difference after washing our rug, but water was very dirty. We had restoration done in adjoining bathroom. For some reason towards the end of cleaning, it was hard pushing and reversing the machine. Not sure why but it was at the end of finishing and I checked the brushes all was clear. Guess I'll see how cleaning goes in upstairs carpeting. At this time, not sure I would recommend it.

overall we are very happy with our new carpet cleaner. It has done a fantastic cleaning our carpets and area rugs.  However. We have not been able to clean stairs or upholstery!  Our machine came with a full set cleaning tools and attachments including the hose the attachments conntent to.   I have connected the hose to the machine several times and have connected the cleaning tools several times.  Each time I hear the "click" indicating they have been connected correctly just as the instructions say, but with no results.  Please respond to this matter right away as being able clean our stairs and upholstery wasa primary reason for chosing The Revolution Pet Pro cleaner Our model number 3586 or 3589

New cleaner went to use on clean, vacuumed area rug on a puppy urin stain and the roller brush just stopped working 5 minutes into it. I got a lemon. Read what went wrong and it suggested the area needed to be vacuumed which it was and my puppy is a poodle that doesn't shed. Soooo disappointed. The steps to get to the brush is insane.
