Great gluten free lactation cookies - might be cheaper in the long run to purchase some supplies and make your own, but when you are new to motherhood, these are great to get you started!

I am using this, not sure if it is helping but I love the taste.

Good cookies

I had high hopes for these. However, the first day I ate two and noticed my baby spat up a lot., which she had stopped doing months ago. She was extra irritated and fussed through the night. Sure enough she was farting and I just think the cookies were not compatible with her little belly. 

I can't say if they work or not since it's not worth it for me to continue. I bought these just to give my body a little boost. They taste okay, a bit chalky. Obviously not as good as regular cookied, but decent enough if you needed to eat a few a day. It's also a bit pricey, at 2-3 cookies per day it will last less than a week.
