This coffee maker was in a time share we rented. When we returned home we purchased one. It makes great tasting coffee and keeps it very hot . Its easy to use and we even got it on sale. We love it!!!

Carafe is smaller than other models!! Doesn't measure up!! It's more like a 10 cup coffee maker!! I would only recommend it to a friend after letting then know about the  amount per serving!! Otherwise the workmanship seems to be good!!

Looks and works very well. There could be just a little more room for filling with water, but otherwise very nice.

Nice coffee maker for the price

Coffee grounds get into coffee. Not sure if malfunction of  coffeemaker or incorrect filter size.

I don't really like it. The area where you add the water is too small an area on top. It does brew coffee though.

A coffee pot

after my first pot of coffee finished brewing, the coffee pot kept making popping noises so i immediately unplugged it.  i made a second pot of coffee 2 days later and still the popping noise continued.  i am afraid this pot with all the popping noised, might start an electrical fire or something.  i would like to be reimbursed for i dont want to endanger me or my neighbors should anything like a fire happen.

This ships from manufacturer.  First shipment was not a coffee maker.  Wal-Mart service was great and arranged for a quick re-shipment.  Second shipment was the coffee maker (yay!). So the good: the coffee brews quick and hot. 
The bad: 1. Even though I set it for the strongest brew, it was very weak.  Looked at the brew strength switch and found it does nothing other than spin on top.  It is not attached to anything under the lid.  So it doesn't serve any function.  Could be my machine was missing a piece.   I used an additional big  scoop of coffee to the next pot but again, the coffee was very weak.  I have always bought and used 12 cup coffee makers and I have used the same scoop the entire time (30  years with different brands of coffeemakers). This is odd.
2.  Pot markings require using my left hand to read. I can't read markings and fill pot with water with my right hand.  However, this became a non issue as 3. I found it awkward and hard to fill reservoir with pot and it was messy.   So I used a water pitcher.
4. After a week, I solved all my problems and threw this machine in the trash.

Not recommended.

cheaply made and low quality! one of the main reasons i chose this coffee pot over others was beacuse of the filter basket, which is shown in the product pictures and NEEDS to be removed because you will not get a basket with this product!!
