Was using a 5 cup machine and it just wasn't enough. This is a nice and simple coffee maker.  Brews quickly and like making about 7 cups.  Not interested in a programmable machine

I did not want another 12 cup jumble coffee maker - nor did I want a 5 cup mini coffee maker.  This was the perfect size and so simple that it was excellent for my needs.  10 cups (actually translates into 5 small cups which is OK) and not digital components to deal with.  Just fill up and add the coffee and switch the coffee maker on - that is all.  That is perfect for me.  The only thing, I wish it was not 'Made In China'.  This is a great brand, why is it being made in China.  I thought Walmart was starting a new initiative to start manufacturing in USA.  What happened?

quality was 1star because the reservoir lid hinge was broken on one side. Other than that it serves it's purpose well for a one coffee drinker household and you can have a cup of coffee in less than 2 minutes. it doesn't take up a lot of space.

Mines new but so far it's simple and efficient to use and the coffee is good. I also bought the filter cup which is nice but there is silt in the last cup in the pot. I love the white color and the good price and no extra buttons but the the on/off button.

Markings on carafe are difficult to read if you are right-handed.  On/off switch should be on the front instead of on the right side.

It looks and works good. It is just cheaply made with thin plastic. I thought it would be heavier. It does make good coffee.

Wanted a smaller pot but tried two both had big problems. Bought a good 12 cup looks great just too large for my cabinet,  this is doing the job. Never had or been around Proctor Silex easy to use make coffee do not believe it will last I do not know why I said that lol. I do believe will get my moneys worth. Does not turn off and when I have to raise lid my hand has been scalded a few times

it works good but where you add the coffee grounds to the basket does not fit properly no matter how you try it and will leak water everywhere

Bulky, number of cups on opposite side of pot so difficult to fill, no water level on outside of heating element and my 4 cups of coffee turned into 1 and 1/2 cups of coffee.  I will be returning this item.
