The Procter Silex single cup coffeemaker is terrific.  I've been using another brand for 4 or 5 years and it had several drawbacks.  Also I was on my fifth one as they quit on me in about a year.  That is the only issue I cannot comment on with this new product as I've only had it for a little over a week.  I feel confident that it will hold up well as it's quality of materials and performance are superior to the other brand in every other way.   It's easier to set up, makes the coffee quickly and it is good and hot!  It is much quieter than the others and I love the automatic shutoff.  My health and mobility is not good so easy is a good thing.  Since I can't get up and down easily and I sit at a desk with my computer and in front of the tv most of my waking hours it is so handy having the small coffeemaker at my desk and raring to go. I love it,love it.love it!!! And for $19.88 at Walmart it even cost a few cents less than my others and my shipping to my local store for pickup was free whereas the other store charged me about $8 for shipping.  So I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Not much to say. I just wanted a small coffee maker to brew a single cup in the mornings. This does exactly that. I have not had any problems with it so far.

Perfect for me

This is a one serve unit that I just replaced after over 7 years of daily service.  Makes a great cup of coffee, is one quarter the cost of the popular coffee maker, does not take up much space, and is easy maintenance.

Great product

This is my first pod type coffee maker. It works great. I do wish it could make bigger cups but for the price I will put up with small to regular size cups. Doesn't take a full two minutes to brew, it is quicker. My spouse and I are really enjoying this little machine. It doesn't take much room on the counter.

Small but a great machine

The first few times I used it, it worked beautifully. I've had it less than three weeks and now every time I use it, it sprays out a little of the ground coffee from the k-cup all around the area where the k-cup fits. 
I'm going to look through the reviews of anyone else had that issue. I hope it's an easy fix and I don't have to return it. The only other thing is I wish it fit a travel mug. Otherwise, great buy when it works right!

Good enough

I was not impressed with this Coffeemaker at all.   The k cups spilled grounds in the coffee and was unfit to drink.    The regular coffee also spilled grounds but not as nearly as bad as the k cups.   I had to take a napkin and run it across the top of the coffee to get all the grit from the top.   I would not purchase this product it was not user error.  I followed the directions to the tee !    I returned this item.

This was not for me

This coffee maker was unable to use KCup coffee pods effectively.  The first cup came out slowly, made quite a mess on the counter, and the coffee was jus okay.   The second cut, the product I used was a KCup for cappuccino.  Nothing but water came out, and again it was a big mess on the counter and splattered all over the place.  I was very dissatisfied with this product and returned it to the store.

Very poor performance

So I bough this cause I wanted to get a K cup maker that is cheap and works. This one not so much. The maker makes a lot of loud noises and it doesn't dispense all the water out of it. The coffee taste horrible. The one good thing is it makes it hot. But it's not worth buying  doesn't work as will as it says it does

Not a good buy

Only worked 2 times before it only brewed a few ounces then nothing.  Returned four days later and got a Keurig.  Don't waste your time and money.

Junk

The single serve coffeemaker would have been perfect for me.  The problem I had was that the Kpod would not pop all the way in because the blade would not puncture the bottom.  Since the Kpod would not go all the way in you could not insert it in coffeemaker.  It was impossible to insert which I tried numereous times.  Maybe this was just a defect.
