This knife is exactly what i was looking for and it actually worked straight out of the box!!  Simple to use, just insert blades and mash the trigger.  Light weight but appears sturdy.  Used it to cut uncooked spagetti squash in half.  Had a similar one that lasted 20 plus years.  Hope this one does too.

Love the comfort and feel of this knife and the price is fantastic.  I like it way better than the more expensive cuisinart one that I bought previously.  It feels way more comfortable to use than the more expensive one.  Love it!

Great electric knife

I only use on food products,  but it easily cut through a hard head of cabbage  and slices meat well. It's easy to assemble and clean. It has my vote.

This is a replacement knife for my old one which lasted eons.  I purchased another knife as a replacement, but it was heavy and hard to use.  The blades were not quite long enough to go thru my bread.  I decided to try this knife, and boy am I surprised!  It is lightweight and goes thru fresh bread like butter.

Bought to cut 6-inch foam to match seat cushion. Blades very sharp. Doing this myself saved a lot of money.

This knife works better than traditional knive helping to carve the ham and the turkey this year was great making it easier and having the ability to determine the thicknes of slices I like thin others like thin.
