Ease Of Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this cooking pot the ease of use is great and your can cook vegetables in the steamer tray and rice on bottom, or soup and potatoes and it works for simple things that are for singles like potstickers or steamed buns too. I like to make oatmeal for breakfast and veggies and rice for dinner sides on most nights. 
I'm sure that if you treat it right it will last too. I had one exactly like it for years before the pressure plate gave out, if you don't know it is a sensitive part so be sure to cook 4 cups of rice or the equivalent weight or it will NOT start cooking. Oh and take the insert out of the cooker before serving what you made to keep from messing it up by pushing down on it to much while you are servingout the portionsof rice or whatever foods that you choose to cook with it. 

My point being that you take care of it and it will keep working for you for a very long time.

This is a great rice cooker

This huge nonstick rice-cooker is perfect for making soup and simple dishes and it sits perfectly in the centre of my stove. I made chicken wings with oyster sauce and ketchup and they turned out great.  I have yet to try steaming dim sum and buns. What a delightful little present for myself for Chinese New Year.

You won't regret getting it

Great for Cooking everything!

It evolbs a little when the rice is cooked and there is a rice lacroute at the bottom. Otherwise it's good, no need to monitor the rice as in a pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the rice is cooked it won't release it to fall in the platter. So I had to use the plastic spoon that was provided to cut the sides and then part of the rice still sticks to the rice cooker.

Rice won't get released

This rice cooker is dangerous it boils over violently it is not safe at all it will burn someone for sure it should be recalled and removed from shelves immediately

The rice was burning, over boiling.  i kept using it until it compketly stopped working.  I DO NOT recommend, the product is bad, should be recalled
