[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife liked it from day 11 when the came to install it! The capacity is huge and can hold a lot of laundry. It's very quiet when running. Only used it a couple times a so far, but it is very simple to operate. Gorgeous blue in color!

Great features

geappliances.com

It's Amazing and a nice color with the sapphire blue. Plenty of controls to play with. Easy set up besides it weighing pretty heavy but once you got it in it's final resting place everything just works like it's supposed to. Went through a couple other brands before I stumbled across this washer why Nobody was talking about it beats me but it's pretty good. Also setting up a account and hooking it up to WiFi took less than 5 minutes.

Is this the perfect washer? Yes, it might be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We simply love our new washer!!! It purrs like a kitten. The WiFi feature is also cool too to be able control the machine remotely. 5 stars✨!!!

Amazing Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is perfect, I like all the spaces that it has for large loads and my clothes and for my family comes clean and fresh. I love that has space to add the detergent.

Additionally it has an app that you can control it, it is easy to sett up and to use.

Easy to use, not noisy and excellent cleaning results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer could be better. I feel like my e Electrolux did better at getting my clothes clean but I do appreciate the venting and the anti-microbial coding on the gasket as mold is a huge problem with front load washers. The venting feature is very very nice however I will say it is annoying that the detergent drawer needs to be shaken out in order to get all the excess water that causes the mold into the tub to be wiped or vented dry. Also, I have not been able to figure out how to save my normal settings versus having to reselect them every time I do a load. Overall don't hate it, but probably should've gotten top loader speed queen.

GE profile Ultra Fresh.

This GE washer looks great and performs as well as any other washer on the market, but is excessively loud and noisy. It essentially offers all the same features and capacity as our previous LG Washer but is so much noisier even to the point that closing the laundry room door does little to drown out the noise. We had our LG washer for nearly 7 years before having to replace it and even it never made this much noise. You can even hear the water draining through the closed door. It also makes a loud clicking noise every time it changes cycle or dispenses laundry detergent. It is quite annoying and disruptive. I would not recommend this washer because any other washer on the market can do the same job with less noise. Highly disappointed in such a typically high quality brand.

Horribly noisy washer

It worked fine for about five months, then the door wouldn't recognize it was closed and make a clicking noise. The washing machine did not recognize that the door was shut and wouldn't start. The machine itself shakes my the room violently when it is on the spin cycle and items have fallen off shelves because of it. The machine is very loud even on delicate cycle. I wouldn't recommend this to my own mother.

Avoid and get a different brand

The washing machine is advertised as an energy-efficient, high-capacity washer, but it does not perform that way in practice. When washing bedding, towels, or any moderately large load, the machine frequently becomes unbalanced. As a result, I have to run the rinse and spin cycle multiple times just to get the items properly wrung out. This defeats the purpose of an energy-efficient, high-capacity washer and significantly increases water, time, and energy use.

DONT BUY

Don't fall for it. It's a nice looking unit, with lots of capacity, but it's built to break. Look up problems with control board, inverter board, and of all things door lock. We bought this unit in Nov, 2024, and it was dead by Mar, 2026. And GE repair is all its own story. Plenty of people report waiting *months* to get their appliance repaired. When we called, they wouldn't even come out to look at it for a week. Then time to get parts. Then wait to reschedule a return. And the problem parts are expensive. It was about half to cost to repair, with all the waiting, as to buy new. So to get out of our problem as quick as possible, we bought a new one so we didn't also have to buy a matching dryer as we require stacking. But this is the last time. I fully expect it to break some time in the next 18 months, and I will not reward GE for making a cheap product again. I will fork up the money and get a Speed Queen.

Do your Research, then Run Away

This thing got sent to the scrap yard after just 5 years. Bearings broke down and it was going to be more expensive to fix than to buy a new one. It has a “10 year limited warranty” sticker on it. But surprise! The warranty is only 1 year. Gasket got nasty too, I think running the auto clean feature caused wear on the bearings, sending it to the junk yard too soon
