Absolutely love this washer and dryer set. The washer is so quiet, quick, user-friendly! I left clothes in there for 2 days accidentally and it didn't smell at all, therefor I didn't have to rewash! Love the ventilation feature, so i can leave the door closed after each wash.  The capacity is so amazing for our family size. I wait to do laundry on Sundays and they've eliminated a whole nother load of laundry that needs done, saving time and money. The dryer is much more reliable and efficient as well. They are beautiful. The only issue I've had with them is pairing them to the App and it draws a ton from my internet. I turned off the wifi on both sadly. It could just be they're too far away from the router. Definitely happy with our purchase!

**NEXT LEVEL!!**

My 1st impression after the installation was... Wow! This machine is impressive. Tons of features. Some of which are not very obvious without reading the owners manual. And yes, I do recommend you reading the owners me annual. This will pay big dividends over the life of the machine. Not everything requires a call for support. The spin cycle is insane. However it can get a bit loud when set to MAX spin. 
The 5.5 cubic feet capacity can manage an insane amount of garments, rugs, comforters, ECT.
One of the most impressive feature is the anti vibration technology. While I made sure my pedistal was 100% level prior to putting the machine on it I can honestly say I observe less vibration than my Samsung machine. So far so good

Very impressive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new GE appliance washer is a dream to use. It's so quiet that I forget it's running. I've used it for different types of loads, incluidng sheets, towels, and clothes. The capacity is perfect for my household. Everything is clean and dry enough to make easy drying in my corresponding GE profile dryer.  And I love the automatic liquid soap feature. There's no guessing whether I have added the righ amount.

Dirt be gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I really don’t like is that it doesn’t have justice Spin function or at least I haven’t figured out how to do it yet. Sometimes the items are not rung out properly and they’re still soaking wet. The only option I say is rinse and spin.

Rinse and Spin

These leak. We replaced one for a motor that went out after two years (which occasionally leaked) and the replacement we bought leaked like a sieve from the bottom of the unit. Like every other load there was a half gallon of water on the floor. GE replaced that one—and guess what? Yep, the new one leaks as well. Not as bad, but it still does. Oh, and my sister-in-law has the same model. And, it leaks, too!! No, it’s not “user error” or anything like that.

Avoid this model.

The first one we received leaked So a week later they delivered another one now the one I've had since the ninth only use hot water I'll put it on cold it uses hot I put it on cold only tap cold everything all it uses is hot it has already ruined two of my shirts.

Haven’t even had the washer for a year and it quit working. Have been waiting over 2 months now to get it fixed and the company GE contracts with in our area takes 3plus weeks at a time to schedule a service call to fix it. I am so disappointed after paying this much for a washer to now have to spend hundreds of dollars and so much stress lugging laundry for our family of 6 to laundromats since we are left  without a washer for so long…. Really wish they would make it right in a reasonable amount of time.

Quit working in less than a year….

This thing got sent to the scrap yard after just 5 years. Bearings broke down and it was going to be more expensive to fix than to buy a new one. It has a “10 year limited warranty” sticker on it. But surprise! The warranty is only 1 year. Gasket got nasty too, I think running the auto clean feature caused wear on the bearings, sending it to the junk yard too soon
