[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly  for this product was easy because the instructions were bold enough to read and had not so many small pieces to connect. The installation went very well for a lightweight fan design. This fan has a speed control system with a remote controller to control the air flow, and it has enough power in the motor to not over heat or make a loud sound when operating. The plastic and metal components complement each other and are very durable. As the price point is right on mark with its competitors, but the quality is far better than what I have seen on the market now and what I have used in the past. I would highly recommend this product for home improvement projects.

Great fan! Remote is a bit strange

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to be a decent fan so far. I wasn't a huge “fan” when I learned that hkc stands for Hong Kong china but it seems to be well made and the directions are pretty straight forward and easy to read; with only 17 steps, installation didn't take too long thankfully. I'm not sure I like how the receiver is separate and had to be inserted and wired, but I guess that's ok. The remote does have some nice features and you can mount it to the wall if you want. The fan blades are two sided and have a good angle to them, and the fan can also be reversed to use in the winter or summer.
