Ordered the Ashby Champagne fan online .It arrived very fast.Box was well packed and was not damaged.Installation was pretty easy.Beautiful ceiling fan.

I bought this fan for a large living space with a slanted roof. The fan was easy to install and it functions wonderfully. The remote works great. My only issue is the color. It's listed as oil rubbed bronze and we bought that color to match other hardware features in the room. But the fan is nowhere near oil rubbed bronze it's much closer to matte black. BUT…. We painted the edges of the fan with a copper pen and gave it the color we originally wanted. So after a little DIY, we're happy with how it looks and functions.

Nice fan, color not what you expect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Prominence Home Ashby Modern Ceiling fan  is sleek and modern. It's looks great in my home. It was very easy to install and took minimal time. It was lightweight to install.  The light is bright but not overpowering. It is also  silent! I never hear any noise! Overall I highly recommend this ceiling fan!

What you folks call "oiled bronze" sure looks like flat black to me. In addition, the photos show a gold trim around the perimeter of the fan motor and base plate, giving it a touch of color. Well, no such gold trim line is to be found on the fan. I haven't installed it yet, I only hope it works better than your methods of advertising this product.

Batteries in remote didn't work. You would think they would at least get that right.

The metal is so shiney! Much shinier than online. 

The colors are way different than online.
