Two pull chains provide simple operation. One chain controls the three fan speeds, and the other turns the light kit on and off. I really like the color and the brightness that the globe light gives off. Good fan blade power, even on the lowest setting. It's perfect for a small space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sons ceiling fan recently quit working so this 28” ceiling fan was a great replacement. I have teenage boys so they don't like to fancy of things so this fan was a good choice for them. It looks nice and would look great in any room but it also will suit boys. They love that it has one light that's covered by a globe because their last had numerous lights & they thought it was to much. Another thing they like is the pull chains have a light & fan on each so anyone can just look to see which operates which. The speeds work great with it and the light gives just enough light and isn't overbearing. I had a friend install it and he said it's very simple to do. Overall we are very happy with it.

Cute little fan. Read a review that light was optional to use but I see no cover plate. Kinda of important for head room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prominence Home 28" Ceiling Fan is really a very cute fan! It isn't  huge, so it works for smaller and bigger rooms. I found that it was pretty easy to assemble and install. It has this wood look to it that make it perfect for the kitchen or any other room with a wooden floor. I love this fan and would recommend it to anyone!

Very Cute!

Kind of small but seems to be a good little fan EXCEPT that the second time I pulled the chain to turn off the light the cheap chain broke off inside the fan. Too much of a pain to pull down and return so we just bought a remote bulb and put it in.
