They're not huge extremely durable drones, so if that's what you're looking for this isn't it. But they are perfect for young kids to play with and have fun while looking like a more expensive set of that matters to you. My brothers were outside for hours flying them all around and chasing my kids with them. They're not loud either like some of the electronic toys I have bought in the past. So far, we love them, only time will tell how long they hold up for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a beginner in drones and these are very fun to battle with another player.They have great remotes with many things you can do with the drones. Each remote takes 3 AA batteries , and the drones front comes off to charge the drones battery with the included battery charger for each drone. I'm new to using drones and after many crashes my drone is still in great shape. They are made solid and they also come with extra parts. Each drone features a guard around them so bumping into objects is not a problem. You can use them indoor or outdoor. We took them outdoors and had fun with them.They seem pretty easy to use , I will practice till I get the hang of it. Easy to charge batteries and replace parts if needed. I would definitely recommend these fun battling drones.If you are a beginner or advanced these are great for playing alone or with someone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Propel Maximum Battle X- 2 pack about few weeks ago or a little bit more, and I must say these 2 Battle X dones are packed with much fun. If you're looking to spend some fun time with your kid(s) outside or indoors if you have a lot of open space in your house then these Battle X dones are the way to go for hours of fun. What I like about these drones they come with a lot of extra parts such as: 1.) 16 spare wings, 2.) 8 very small screws to fasten the wings to the drones, 3.) A small screw driver for the screws, 4.) 2 USB chargers to charge each drone battery, 5.) Two 2.4G Wireless Controllers, 6.) Instruction Manual and 7.) Unlimited Replacement of Parts for 1 year. For such small Battling Quardrocopters as I said before these drones are so much fun, and please read the Instruction Manual before operating these drones with your kid(s) and they're for kids 14 years of age and up...

Fun time in the sky!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Propel Maximum Battle X Battling Quadrocopters. This set came with two quadrocopters and two remote controls – one quadrocopter is red and the other is black. I think these come in assorted colors so yours may be different colors. The box states these are for ages fourteen and up and the skill level says they are for beginner to intermediate. Although I have not needed to file a warranty claim, the manufacturer states they offer unlimited replacement parts for one year. This is a really cool set that can be used either indoor or outdoor, although I would highly recommend outdoor use. Each features two speed settings – high and low. The quadrocopters will do 360-degree stunt rolls and contains “gyro chips” that keeps the copters stable. They also have a cool laser battle mode. The remote controls are 2.4 GHz and you can set the remotes to have up to eight different settings so that up to eight can play in the same area at the same time without worrying about interference. This is a really neat quadrocopter battle set. If you enjoy R/C products then I would recommend you give these a shot. We have enjoyed R/C cars in the past but these quadrocopters may be our new favorites.

The drone flies pretty high, my son loves flying it. It's very cool . Great drone easy to fly . I like this drone very much. I see many drones just can fly 8-10 minutes, this drone can fly 15 minutes, fantastic flying.Amazing machine, absolutely fantastic. 100% pleasure & fun, This is very good reliable drone, very maneuverable. A great flyer and has surprising power . Good drone. At least I found what my son wanted. He is happy. Thanks . I like this drone. I bought it for my son but I also enjoyed playing it. Well made , easy to control . 
This is my lucky drone, and to be honest I love it. It works great, as long as it's not raining outside or super windy. It's very easy to fly . The battery life is about 15-17 minutes on a 2-3 hour charge at most. I am very happy with this drone. I highly reccomend it...

The controller is digital which allows for precise movements, almost ensures it. It has 2 different speed settings and it can perform stunts at the touch of one button. It's swift !

Well Crafted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Propel Maximum Battle X- 2 pack, 2.4 Ghz laser battling Quadrocopters – just in time for our son's b-day and he was thrilled about his new toy! Our son couldn't wait to open the big box and get the quadrocopters out, one was silver and the other one gold/bronze, charge them and then, of course, test it out, inside as well as outside; they charged in about 30-40 minutes and it was inside that we played first and we had a blast: we were both on uncharted waters at first but we learned quick and by the time we eased up into flying them, the batteries gave up… time to charge them again…. And again, we waited for 30-40 minutes and took them for a ride inside: this time we knew a bit more being our second time but something happens whenever flying both quadrocopters in the same time, even if you paired them correctly, they seem to interfere with each other and one's remote was controlling the other one's copter and I got my hand hit bad and I am just glad it wasn't my son's hand… The third time we tested them outside in our back yard and my son flew them both, one after the other, until their batteries gave in, which is about 5-8 minutes, and it was awesome!

We were not able to shot each other to the ground with the laser shooting button, not even once. I must admit charge time of 30-40 minutes for only 5-8 minutes of run time is kind of annoying. When they drop to the ground also the battery gets out sometimes, he locking clip doesn't work well. The third time we ran them outside in our back yard and my son flew them both, one after the other, until their batteries gave in, which is about 5-8 minutes, and it was awesome.

Fun but can be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were very excited to get these toys out of the box. You get two flying toys and two controllers. They are two different colors. You have to put three AAA batteries in it. Then you have to let it charge. The charge takes about forty minutes. The flying toys are very light weight, which I think is good. My eleven year old was able to control it quite easily. When she was playing with it she had it go up and then it came crashing down. She could not get it to do anything. So, she thought it was broken. She felt as though she broke it. However, when we did a close inspection we found that she did not break it. The flying toy just had drained its charge. When you charge it you see this red light come on and when the charge is done the red light goes out. Now here is the problem. It takes the flying toy about forty minutes to charge, but it only holds the charge for about ten minutes! I am sorry, but that is ridiculous! The flying toy should be able to hold a charge for longer than that. I have to say this is a fun item, but you will not have fun for long with it.

Short Lived Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time flying Quadcopters, well it's my first time to fly anything at all and I have to say, it is so much fun! I like the Propel Maximum Battle X- 2 Pack set because not only you can just fly it around leisurely and do stunts and tricks with it, but it is meant for battling with another person! You don't just fly it around aimlessly, you have a target and a mission! To take down the other person! Let's talk about what it comes with in this package. The set comes with 2 Quadcopters, 2 chargers, 2 remote controls, 16 pieces of spare propellers, screws, and a tiny screw driver. Awesome! I don't have to look for a screw driver, the package already comes with one! I love the design of the quadcopters. It looks so cool! Kind of reminds me of a robotic bug. The battery is located in the front and you snap it off to charge. You are able to interchange the batteries with other quadcopters if you like. Which I really like in case you would like to buy extra batteries or you want to swap with other colored quadcopters for esthetics reasons. Charging times for these batteries is about 40 minutes for full charge and a 7 minute flying time. I have to say, I am a little disappointed in the short flying time. I definitely did not get enough flying time out of a full charge and I will have to charge another 40 minutes before I can fly it again. The package comes with 2 quadcopters, but you can actually battle with up to 8 quadcopters/players at the same time! That is very very cool! The quadcopters has infrared battling capabilities and can sense when you are being shot by another quadcopter. After 3 hits, your quadcopter will land automatically and your controller will vibrate to let you know that you are going down! Everything sounds very cool, except that I found that the sensors are not very accurate at receiving signals of being hit. Other great features I like about the Propel Maximum Battle X- 2 Pack is that the motors seems to be very quiet, it flies well, does flips very smoothly, and seems to handle crashes pretty well. Although it only has 2 speeds, it is a great piece for beginners, easy to learn and handle.

Very Fun

40 minutes to change 5-6 minutes use. Lol
