Bought this for home gym and put it under my power rack.  It is not as solid as stall mats but it is a thick tough foam. A lot easier to move and assemble for tight places at a competitive price. Will likely buy more.

It may be outside or perhaps in garage depending on the weather, but the thick puzzle mat which provide fun, flexible, and safe space. I was pleased that there was not a strong smell and the mats are firm but not stiff and awkward to move.

They provide the right level of cushion/grip for our feet and protection for both the squat rack/equipment and the concrete floor. If we did it again, I'd get the 1" instead of the 3/4" but that's just personal preference.

simple elegant solution for our home gym

Installed them beneath thin camping mattresses and what a difference in comfort! They cut cleanly to make perfect fits for camper versions of King, queen, and full “size” beds. We can easily sleep on our sides now, even with thin camping mattresses. I use these for exercise rooms and comfort over concrete floors in our basement too. Will buy again when I need clean, easy to use comfort tiles.

These puzzle pieces fit together beautifully and create a supportive and comfortable floor for aerobics, weight training, and stretching. Price was fabulous and speed of shipping was excellent! We bought the grey color, which is very nice in our home.

Perfect floor solution

I wish that they would bounce back a bit better after heavy fitness equipment used but maybe that's the advantage of rubber. Because of the nontoxic quality and the diversity of activities we do on these, we would definitely purchase again.

Excellent Mats

We have purchased mats from prosourcefit earlier as well and they are really good for the price. They fit well on the floor and while the grip is not great, its still a enough to workout without losing your balance. They also have great customer service as they were able to help with one of the mats we ordered which didnt fit to an existing one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got 24 square feet originally but then order and additional 24 to give me more room and to keep the pad from “walking.” 3/4 inch thick is perfect over hardwood or low pike carpet to give you a “danceable surface” that keeps your knees from aching! The entire 48 sq feet stays together with no tripping. The only problem is that it moves around a bit when in use. (Probably the chasses side to side drag it under foot because we do it in tennis shoes)). For an hour routine, I have to tug it back to it's starting place a few times because my space is limited and the pad wants to walk up under nearby furniture. In an hour long routine, it can move about 8-12 1 ft in two directions if you don't tug it back into place. It doesn't move enough to be dangerous while you are dancing— just enough to be a little aggravating.
