Bought this mat to replace a thinner one that was shedding little pieces when my ring, toenails or fingers came in contact with the mat. This mat is very good quality, no shedding. It is very thick, I can use it for almost the entire yoga class. Only time I step off is when I have to balance on one foot.

I use this for Pilates mat work. I think it works because it is thicker than the average mat. I like the handles for carrying and storage as well. The colors are great as well. I got a purple one for myself and a pink one for my 20-something daughter. She likes her so much better than her other mat.

Great Mat

An Enduring Mat

My back always hurts when I do crunches so I needed something thick that prevents it from being agitated by the wood floor. This mat is the perfect solution. It is thick, comfy and provides the exact support I need to be able to do my complete abs workout.

Awesome Mat

Veryy Comfortable. The straps hold it together well, when not in use. Does not move around much, even on carpet. I use it for Pilates, ab exercises, and cardio - and have no issues at all. This definitely helps with my lower back issues, especially in Pilates. For people with knee issues like myself, the thickness of this mat helps a LOT with that. Highly recommend to anyone with similar body issues, or if you just need a decent mat for working out.

Pretty Good!

I bought this mat as an early mothers day gift and my mom loves it! She has problems with her knees so as much as she likes yoga she sometimes struggles with being on the floor because the mats were too thin. This mat gives her just the right cushion that she needs. She made the comment that because it's so cushioned it can throw her off balance when doing certain poses but she just steps off to the side for that. Will plan to purchase for myself!

I purchased this matt to help me on the plank and crunches exercises that needs a support especially for the hands and back, I recommend it for people who feel pain during plank and crunches using the regular matts.

Slides all over, tore within a week of purchase, stretches if you do anything like Warrior II and thus widens your stance. Last thick yoga mat I got lasted many years and I'll be going back to it.
