But it was not until using the acupressure mat and pillow that I finally got to 100%. I am a runner, and I am finally running pain free. I am sold on this product. Acupressure mat and pillow

I never really had any back issues until about 6 months ago. Started in my lower back very stiff for years but not a lot of pain until I picked up something the wrong way. I've been to massage and physical therapy which helped some but never really took that tight annoying g pain away, until i tried this mat so far so good pain reduced big time. Ill see how I'm feeling in a few weeks to write another review..
But I think this is redirecting all the pain channels that repeatedly were tensing up those muscles, I even took out the garbage tonight with no issues at all. Ill be using this morning and night, God I hope this keeps working...

Definitely relieves my occasional back pain and helps stimulate me when I'm nauseas!

Acupressure Mat

It works, I feel revived and my back feels great, circulation in my shoulders improved.  I just wish it was a little bigger, wider and longer.  I love it, great on the neck with the neck roll and also the positions in the instructions for stretching, legs, gluten, hamstrings.  I am so happy I invested in this product. Recommended to my by my boss who is very much into holistics.

This mat is for real, it works

After reading all the positive reviews, I had high hopes for the acupressure pillow and mat. I have severe back pain and headaches. I tried sleeping on them and sitting against them for hours. Unfortunately, they did not help decrease either pain at all. Waste of my money
