I am new to Yoga and mobility is my life problem. I decided to try this yoga wheel to help me with stretching and mobility and sure enough this Prosource yoga wheel is a lot of help. I am able to get into the pose like i never thought i would. I've been improving on weekly bases. I brought it to my yoga class and had a lot of compliments on the look of this product as well as color and most importantly - quality!
