I Bought this for My mother after she had brain surgery. It was a big help, she uses the massager a lot and the heat helps her when she feels cold because the brewin is sending all kinds of messages over her body. This is must have brain surgery postoperative recovery, for is hard for patient to sleep.

Purchased a month ago for husband with Parkinson's.  Without strength in legs to close a traditional recliner, an electric model was needed.  Didn't want heat or massage but basic chairs were more expensive and not as solidly made as this model.  It's working perfectly so far.  Though cover is fabric, it looks and feels like soft leather.  Haven't had to deal with spills so not sure how it will hold up to cleaning.

Great Price with Extras

I bought it for my 90 year old step dad. He loves it and the care givers love it. They can now easily get him out of the chair. He enjoys the massage feature for his back.

Has everything you could need in a chair

This chair is wonderful! But, unfortunately I use chair all day & sometimes sleep in it. I need a new remote controller & do not know where I can order the part......Help please!

Great lift chair

Great price for the quality of chair. Love the back up battery due to my 78 yr old father being stuck in his lift chair with NO back up battery so I know I won?t be stuck next time the power goes out. Might be purchasing a second one for my husband. Love the massage & heat

Nice Chair

I purchased this chair in October 2019. Sits ok but seat is not flat. The center is lower than the sides of the seat. Heat never worked. Did like the chair. Now the remote does seldom works. Is there any place to purchase a new remote? Does warranty cover remote?

Part needed

Massager weak ,the lower foot rest kinks when you lean back you have to pull the lower foot rest or it will leave a crease

Problems with lower foot pad

This was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in and needless to say was returned immediately.  I had bought it because I was just out of the hospital with a shoulder replacement and needed a chair that could support me and allow me to sleep.  This chair had absolutely no support and was like sitting on a rock the cushioning was so bad.

THE WORST!!!

Not recommended unless you want to get a new one in a year. Don't stand behind chair getting run around for a month so year will be up. Very disappointed !!!
