Simple setup and operation for average users.

Great unit, easy start, powering my camper when in storage or out where power not easily available without having to move camper to power. I keep it on a rolling cart so I can either plug camper at rear or move around to change batteries on quad, etc. 
NOTE: If receiving unit through direct shipping for initial start, make sure to open side maintenance panel and tighten screw on bottom of carburetor.

This little generator was a lifesaver during Hurricane Francine.
I was having problems with my large generator so I went purchase this one last minute and it preformed perfectly.
I had my refrigerator, 2 fans %26 TV with cable / internet running off it.
With that plugged into it, it ran over 6, almost 7 hours before needing to be refueled.

Saved Us During Hurricane Francine

I'm super happy with this generator! I bought it “just in case” for Hurricane Francine. Well, I absolutely ended up needing it because we have major damage. First, this generator is very light! You can easily pick it up with one hand. Second, it starts right up and is very quiet. As of now, I'm using it to power a couple box fans and my refrigerator. I used it earlier today to power lawn tools for cleanup. I plan on using it to power my washer and dryer (one at a time, of course). Overall, this is a GREAT BUY!!

Excellent generator!

Very Cost effective.   We used it on a week long camping trip and it worked great.  Started up every time.   When I got home, I emptied the gas out of it and will put clean gas in next time we need to use it.   Great little generator.  Let us keep on going when we were completely disconnected.

Thinking of getting a second one for back up

I had a used inverter of a different more expensive brand that finally gave out. I wanted to replace it and looked online. I saw the Pulsar model and read about it. Then I called the manufacturer and asked about the warranty and availability of parts after the warranty expired. There is a warehouse in my state for service and parts. The warranty is extremely reasonable and was told Pulsar stands behind its product warranty. I bought the unit and it is easy to start. Runs quiet on a small amount of fuel. It has the bell and whistles as the more expensive brands and I think it's a great value for the price thanks.

I 💛 my little Pulsar Inverter ‼️

Had an outage that lasted a little over a week. Bought this and used it to power a room with a wall unit and a double door fridge. One tank lasts about 6 hours. Only drawback is I had to disconnect everything to use my keurig so it wouldn't shut off. Not sure how well it will do with heaters. Otherwise, it works well.

Worked very well. Can't beat for the price. As good as any on the market. Recommend. One thing I did not like is at wide open the RPMs seamed quite high. I checked them and was at about 4200 rpm. I'm a small engine mechanic/ welder and pulsar  say it's set properly according to manual. I lowered rpm to 3700 wide open. Might have lost a little power but I think it was a good trade considering it will make engine last a fair time longer I believe. But what do I know I'm just a mechanic. Worst thing is it's white , was white. My hands are usually black after work . So wash hands before handling. But all in all it was a great buy greAt product  price can't be beat

Good generators for minimal use on occasions, but know that extended use in a power outage situation will strain these. The starter rip cords are about as strong as old shoelaces and will snap on you after enough consistent use. 

Fuel retention is great as long as you're not powering something drawing a lot of power for hours straight; I timed mine lasting just over 12 hours powering nothing but a box fan and charging everyday electronics. But add an RV's air conditioner and you're looking at 4 hours max on one tank, which means that if you prefer it cold overnights, you'll be waking up to refill it.

All-in-all, for non heavy duty purposes, the low cost makes this mostly worth it. Just watch out for the rip cord suddenly snapping with no physical signs of stress/decay.

The generator works poorly. Once started it shuts off quickly. There is black smoke coming from the back of the generator. It has a fow smell from the smoke and it won't stay on. You have to continue pull the string in order for it to run. I think someone dropped this item. It is very loud in the beginning, but you have to pull the lever 5 - 7 times before it will work and it becomes quiet. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ITEM!
