Takes time and effort to put the units together, and with patience it is do-able. Plan to dispose of large cardboard boxes and packing. Boxes arrived wrapped on a wooden crate. No damaged or missing pieces, almost all were numbered to match instructions. It takes time to get used to the fastener system ( no screws) and in retrospect it's a very clever and easy system. Its sturdy, drawers glide like a dream. Bottom panel of drawers are thin but then it's supposed to hold just clothes. No problems yet. Purchased several pieces in gray color with silver handles, very user-friendly. Now I love my closet.
