Just perfect size for wrist or ankle, nice quality

Perfect size for women

I have used these as ankle weights for when I go running. I also use them when I do push ups, sit ups, Russian twists, & bicycles. They work great because of the material that they are made of - its soft and does not rub your skin off after wearing it all day. They help me get in shape with the added weight so I can do my 5Ks on the weekends.

The only drawback is that since the material is so soft it can also start to wear out after a prolonged use - I know you are probably thinking didn't he say the soft material was a good thing? - So just wanted to let you know about the product

I recommend you buy it if you want to add weight to your work out that is comfortable.

Great product

Nice, soft weights. Easy to put on but a little too big to use as wrist weights. Too much movement and rubbing on the arms for my liking. If you're looking for light ankle weights then I'm sure they'd be fine as long as you didn't have small ankles

comfortable but bad wrist weights

I got this for my wrist to improve my kendo. Its not very good and press my hands when I put it down.
Its good for ankle thought.

Not good for wrist but good for ankle

The design is not good. The material at each end to enclose the sand is much thicker than the main material and soon pulls away allowing sand to leak out. A real mess and loss of weight.

Leaking!

Seams falling apart on first workout. Not worth returm shipping, but worthless purchase.
