Comfort

This is the perfect mat, and it doesn't cost a fortune.  The thickness is beautiful, and when you unroll it, it stays flat (my previous mat kept rolling up again).  The surface is very nice - not too grippy (you can move your feet and hands easily when you need to) but also very stable when doing balancing poses in yoga.  All in all, I am 100% pleased with this mat, and would definitely buy it again (though I think it will last for a long time).
