Initial setup requires minimal effort and is quickly completed.

Can be intuitive, but also inconsistent for some users.

This makes really hot coffee so we keep the heat setting in low. You will need the instruction booklet handy because the buttons all do different functions and you have to press them a different number of times. Not something you can remember easily. Overall this is a good coffee pot I just wish they made it in all black.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love making iced coffees with this coffee machine because of the bold flavor! The first coffee machine I've used where the flavor is always good. I use it everyday and it works great. I haven't had a bad cup or a problem. The design is sleek and I like how you can hide the powder cord. It's easy to use and set up and I love that it has a charcoal water filter inside. Maintenance is simple and it comes with a reusable gold tone filter which is convenient but it's also compatible with paper cone #4 filters. You can make up to 14 cups of coffee and a little bit faster than other machines. It's easy to view the water indicator for accurate pouring. It comes with 4 settings: regular, fast, bold and over ice, my favorite is bold paired with the over ice setting because I love making delicious iced coffees. If you want a coffee machine that makes rich, bold, flavorful coffee with a bunch of options, I highly recommend giving this one a try. And the value is amazing for what it does.

The steel finish is very attractive and looks good in my kitchen. I previously had a smaller coffeemaker but this makes up to 14 cups which is perfect when I have family over. The extra large brewing capacity makes 14 cups of coffee at a time opposed to most standard coffee pots, only being 12 cups. It will be wonderful for family gatherings and even for daily use with just myself and my spouse, who are avid coffee drinkers. 
The feature settings allow for a regular brew as well as fast brew, and I can even make coffee over ice.our favorite coffee tastes great as well. The clock and settings are easy to set, and it even has a setting to brew at whatever time you set it, making mornings a breeze when we're running behind on time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this coffee maker and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great and easy to use coffee pot!

Large capacity, simple easy features!

It makes it convenient to have coffee ready in the morning. It also has a very large capacity so you can make as much or as little as you need. Aesthetically, it was a perfect match for my appliances and kitchen. The coffee tasted really good and the maker had options for iced coffee also, which is great for me since I prefer cold coffee year round. I do wish it came with a few samples of coffee to brew but that's not a huge deal. Overall, a really good option for those with convenient coffee needs like me!

Its pretty easy to set up and has functions for different brew mods as well as temperature. Great coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Braun coffee maker is just what mama needs. I love that you can make large quantities of both hot or cold coffee, I haven't really seen the option for iced coffee outside of single cup coffee makers. It is quite tall, so it may be hard to fit in a certain kitchens, but it doesn't take up too much counter space. Overall, it's not too hard to clean, and I do love that you can set a timer to have a coffee ready for you every morning. Or just make a quick cup in the afternoon.

Grape for hot and cold

This was the worst coffee maker I ever tried to use, in fact, my wife and son are returning it as I type. I had to do a search on my phone on how to set it up, I got up extra early, I wanted to start a pot of coffee and nothing happened, I pushed every button on the thing. Don't buy this, do yourself a favor.

Einstein couldn't figure this out

Stopped working after only two weeks of use. Unplugged for 24 hrs. after new countertops were installed and I couldn't reset the clock or brew coffee. Returned it. It's a shame because when it worked, the coffee was really good. Disappointed.
