He and our 2 female Chessies are all healthy and still very active when it comes to play or hunting birds! We have been using Pro Plan for over 20 years and plan to use it for at least another 20!

One dog was CKC top for her breed in Canada.   Highly recommend Pro Plan. I have been making my Great Pyrenee's food since I got her almost 4 years ago.  I am now transitioning her over to Purina Pro Plan with her homemade food as a topper.  She is really enjoying this food!! She was never a ambitious eater because she does not like veggies and it was a lot of work for me to get them small enough and crisp tender enough for her to not know she was eating vegetables. I am 75 years old and I'm at the stage now where I'm concerned if something happens to me there's no one who could duplicate this recipe easily.  It's a intense labor of love to whip up this home made food enough for 15-20 days. I did a lot of research since there's a gazillion dog food producers out there. I liked what I read about Purina since they've been in the critter food business a long time and I was hard pressed to find any recent recalls.  I also like the nutritional value of this food and the addition of probiotics.  My girl has a slow metabolism and I've never had a problem with overfeeding or with a weight gain.  Her body condition is perfect and the Vet is very pleased. I am anxious to see how well she does physically and energy wise with this food.  I think we're doing just great so far!!!

And one is a picky eater so that is saying a lot for flavour. It has all the essentials so as a pet parent I'm very happy.  The price is affordable.  A win-win!

I've tried many different foods for my golden retriever since he's quite a picky eater, but the Pro Plan Adult Complete Essentials Beef & Rice has been the clear winner. He eats it consistently, and I've noticed a real improvement in his coat. Its shinier and healthier than ever. He's maintained a healthy weight on this food, and I appreciate that it doesn't seem to cause any staining on his teeth like some other brands did, even with regular brushing. Overall, I'm very happy with how well he's doing on this kibble and I recommend it any chance I get.

Right on time and good price!

Good morning.  Switched to PPP Beef and Rice a couple months ago.  He had always eaten PPP Chicken and Rice.  The bag I received this month is crumbling almost into a rough powder.  The two bags (47#) did not crumble like this.  I have to sift it before adding it to his bowl.  Has something changed in the recipe.  And the product description says kibble and shreds..... there are no shreds??  PPP has helped keep my sweet boy healthy for the past seven years.  High five to PPP!   I always want the very best of my best friend.
