Nothing seemed to help the root of the problem. She suffered with constant red skin and scratching. I love that I can find it in both wet and dry food because my dog particularly doesn't like just plain old dry food. Its a great help to make her food more enticing when its the same exact thing!I've always trusted Purina and there isn't anything bad I can say about it!Its got the whole neighborhood barking!

Purina Pro Plan - Magic in a can!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I found out my dog is allergic to chicken, this was the only commercial wet food that he could tolerate. This sensitive stomach is one of the few that don't add chicken to other flavors. Thank goodness I could find something that was truly what it advertised it is. It helped us get back to normal GI function.

Help for allergies

He ate Purina One as a youngster so I decided to try the sensitive formula. His stomach issues resolved almost immediately and he enjoys the taste.

Good for senior dogs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach Salmon Wet Food for my rescue Samoyed, who has a sensitive stomach and can be picky with meals. The salmon formula has been gentle on his digestion, and I've noticed more consistent, healthy stools since incorporating it. It also helps increase his interest in food, which is huge because he's not very food-motivated. A reliable option for dogs who need something both palatable and easy on the stomach.

Rescue samoyed is a fan

It is kinda gross looking but our dog loves it and her gastro issues have gone away completely. It took us months and a few trips to the vet to figure out what was going on and then to try to find something that she liked and was good for her.

Great for sensitive stomaches!

My dog is a senior (15 yrs) and this food has her interest in eating off the charts. She loves this food and begs to be fed like she's a puppy. She gets excited to eat it. This was recommended by a vet when we couldn't get her interested in eating whatsoever. It worked. It's easy on her stomach which has become easily upset if given treats or anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 very different dogs, but both have sensitivities. I have tried various foods, combinations,  etc. The sensitive skin and stomach foods (canned and dry) by Purina, along with a bit of rehydrated Honest Kitchen, are key for both of them.

My girls dig it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I adopted a dog from the kill shelter. We are uncertain as to her breed, so finding a food option has been challenging. After her skin broke out in a terrible rash, the vet's assistant recommended this line. I have been pleased that they offer companion wet/dry formulation. My dog loves the wet food, and her skin is back to normal so I am pleased! Thank you for offering a product line that offers hypoallergenic options. It can be a tad expensive as a daily option, as now Heidi insists on the wet food, too. But otherwise, I am pleased with the performance of this product line, compared to brands like Royal Canin and Merrick.
