I am hoping that this is true to taste.  I haven't tried it as yet.  But if it is then it will be awesome. As I child I hated this. Noone could get me to eat it. It's weird that I want to try it now!

Wonderful Corn

I have used this product for as long as I can remember and it never lets me down. Great product! This is my go to for cornbread. It has a great crunch and great corn flavor as well. Makes a great coating ingredient (mix with flour and spices) for chicken, fish and pork. Love this product!!

Best Cornmeal!

The recipe is hard to read but you need to rewrite it and follow it.  It makes the most delicious muffins ever.  This kind of cornmeal is hard to find, it's fresh and delicious.

Makes the best muffin recipe ever

Who in there right mind would put green print recipe on a clear bag which has contents that are yellow. I emptied the bag thinking it would be easier to read..NO. I made the recipe and didn't even see that it needed baking powder until I thought it would need something to make it rise, so I looked again with much discomfort and discovered it also need 1tsp of baking powder. Wrong only after I look on the internet for the receipe did I find it need 1 Tbsp of baking powder. I pulled the pan out of the oven and then added baking powder. Good product but change the print as it gave me stress. Now I downloaded and printed the recipe so I do not have to do this again with the remaining cornmeal. I might add that having it able to reclose would be a valued addition to this wonderful product. Sincerely Doreen

Horrible packaging

I am surprised that a company such as Smuckers would not follow "Best Practices" at their production facilities and produce a product like this that says it's 100% Cornmeal BUT "May Contain" Wheat and Oats ingredients.  Will not be purchasing this product again.
