I gave this product a fair rating because at least it does work when you install the batteries. To me, it doesn't file/shape that well as to what I was hoping for. when you insert your fingernail into the rotating blade it barely file your nail.

No big deal.

This trimmer does not work on my finger or toe nails. I tried using it in the fast position and the slow position but nothing happens. It made a lot of noise and I could feel the vibration but it did not shorten my nails or even shape the edges. A total waste of money!

No matter what I did they would not cut my nails..

This product does not cut your nails. This product is a complete waste of money. I will be contacting custom service for a full refund. This was the first time I use the Wall mart web site and I am very disappointed.
