The RollerSki is also an indispensable, energy-saving tool for moving your snowmobile on or off trailers and for protecting the floor of your garage or the pavement in your driveway. When riding your snowmobile, you don't want interruptions. The Qualipieces RollerSki gives you that chance. The wheels retract...automatically! In fact, all that's needed is a few seconds of light pressure with your foot and the wheels are deployed. As soon as they come in contact with snow, they retract automatically. It's that simple! Unlike other snowmobile wheels on the market, the RollerSkiTM is attached to the axle. The weight of the snowmobile, centered on the RollerSkiTM when the wheels are engaged, avoids an overload and possible deformation of the skis, the runners and the carbide studs. You can install your RollerSkiTM without worrying about damaging other parts on your snowmobile. Also, since the turning radius is shorter, you will benefit from your vehicle's improved maneuverability. We did not design a system with ordinary wheels: the RollerSkiTM is extremely solid. No soldering weakens its parts, because it is precision machined and the self-lubricating system spring is isolated in a cage to eliminate any frost or rust. The high-quality alloy offers better resistance against even the most violent impact and winter's harshest conditions.
